    Hello everyone.
    In order to correctly output the electricity input to the laser welder, correct laser spacing control is required.
    If the gap adjustment is poor, the output may be reduced or black smoke may appear.
    I know that it can also be a problem when the laser interval is too long or too short.
    If you have problems with laser welding, it wouldn't be a bad idea to try various spacing adjustments.
    And sometimes, you may need to use these settings in reverse.
    I will introduce those as well later.

    레이저용접기에 입력된 전기를 올바르게 출력하기 위해서는 올바른 레이저 간격 조절이 필요합니다.
    간격조절이 나쁘다면 출력이 줄어들거나 또는 검은 연기가 발생하는 경우가 있습니다.
    레이저 간격이 너무 길거나 너무 짧을때에도 문제가 된다고 알고 있습니다.
    레이저용접 작업에 문제가 있다면 다양한 간격조절을 시도해보는것도 나쁘지 않을 겁니다.
    그리고 가끔은 이런 설정들을 반대로 이용해야 되는경우도 있을겁니다.
    그런것들도 차후에 소개시켜드리도록 하겠습니다.

    Всем привет кто может подсказать по сиз для органов зрения работал лазерной сваркой 3 дня первый день работал в очках которые шли с апаратом загорело лицо от оражавсегося излучения от свариваемой детали на второй день попробовал работать в маске хамелионе к концу второго дня начали болеть глаза.
    Особенность изготавливаемого изделия такова что нужно постоянно следить за сплавлением кромок- внешний угловой шов.
    Что можно решить по сиз,кто может подказать что то дельное?
    Есть здесь опытные сварщики работающие на лазере ?
    Я так понял что при лазерной сварке идет инфракрасное излучение а при электродуговой ультрафиолетовое, поэтому сиз предназначенное для электродуговой на лазер не подходит.

      What are you trying to weld and what settings have given you the best results? Sometimes it’s not lack of heat and it’s possible you’re just going too fast. Also the wobble length.. try doing a narrower weld and slowing down. A second option would be to decrease the wobble frequency(Hz). If all fails then I would try more heat.

    Ролик для людей которые ничего не понимают в лазерной сварке! Врубил расход газа несколько Бар и у него всё сдувает)) Расфокус +13мм., что он сможет сварить на такой плотности мощности если у тебя не источник в 10 кВт !??))

    This is incorrect... It's not measured from the body of the pistol. It should be measured from the focal lens.
    Depending on which focal length the actual focus lens is set.
    Also depending if there are extra focal lenses inside the pistol.
    If the focus is not set correctly, you will have more problems than just black smoke!
    Manufacturers (copycats) have been making these wrong from the beginning, with the best intentions, the practical side was not accurate.
    I have been discussing this very item with my contacts at the laser manufacturing company about a year and half ago.
    And still have documentation about this. (ofcourse not available for public)

    저번에 댓글로 문의했던 걸 영상으로 만들어주셨네요. 감사합니다 ㅎㅎ 레이저용접이 대중화가 안돼있고 가격이 비싸서 함부로 만지기가 무서운데... 잔고장이 어떤 게 있는지 어떻게 대처하는지 만들어주시면 더 감사할 거 같습니다. Co2랑 비슷한 구조처럼 보여서요...
