Land trusts are a way to take title to a piece of real estate without having to put your name or your LLC on public record, or on title.

You know, I just got a call yesterday about a buyer that stopped paying on a seller finance deal. He went to the courthouse and created a FAKE DEED. He then deeded the property to himself, and now my people have to hire an attorney to get their own house back. What is going on out here...???

Mr Kris, I sent an email at your team as you told me during the class in the chat. I bought the documents and the other course / class. I sent the receipt of my payment to your Team. As yet, I didn't receive any answer nor the missing documents! Someone, in your team is not doing their job! Please, don't tell me that I spent $344 for just washing videos without the worksheet and the documents for the other class!
