    Yeah, I got my injury on a cold morning pushing a cable in a storage compartment of an RV.
    At first, Tennis seem to help a bit, but now it’s just a chronic issue .
    I start using a strap while playing, but that makes the elbow worse.

      Those counterforce straps help many people, but I have had patients who said they felt worse with them.

    I got tennis elbow due to 6 hours playing tennis with very aggressive male players. And I continued playing for a month and didn't let my elbow get healing. I stoped tennis when I couldn't use my elbow and hand for holding a small kettle and normal everyday choirs. I went to physio twice per week when i couldnt hold a kettle . He did laser, physio, and pressure, and used other devices, which was like a hammer for my elbow. It was very, very painful . He worked on my elbow for one hour in every session. 15 minutes for hot bags and 45 minutes continuously working on my elbow. But I didn't say to the physiotherapist , it's very painful . I didn't want he stop working on my elbow. My elbow completely healed in 2 months. I could go back to play tennis again. I am an old person.
