Hi dear can you give me feadback about canon eos m100 mirrorless digital camera ..which one buy a canon eos 200D or EOS M100 Mirorless .. What do you suggest me..
Photo Genius🗣your channel is very informative an I really enjoy your channel‼️I’m a beginner in the world of cameras ‼️👉My first camera purchase is the Canon EOS Rebel T5i
Just found your channel and I love it. I love taking photos but need to learn so much. I cant wait to watch your previous videos as well as your new ones.
I really love your videos. When I first got my canon, it was my first time with a “advanced camera” and I was very overwhelmed with all the different buttons and options and most of the photos I took that were good were by chance. So when I came across your channel, it was like this impossible hobby that I wanted to quit before even starting turned into something I truly enjoy doing! So thank you!
With the Covid-19 situation, I spend a lot of time at home in Las Vegas watching various photo tutorials. In my opinion, yours are the best and I will continue to tune in and to learn from you on a regular basis. You rock! 👍🌵
A little focusing tip that I use (since my eyesight isn't all that great) is that I'll zoom in as much as possible with my given lens, manually focus there, then zoom back out. Zooming in or out doesn't affect the focus. Once I know the image is crisp close in I feel confident I can move back out and the image will be properly focused. As for the gird lines, unfortunately that only works on live view and not through the viewfinder. So if one uses the viewfinder as I do it's irrelevant.
If only every camera manufacturer would include these tips in their pamphlet it would be a lot less thick! 😁 Really great introduction into some good key features! For number 1 pairing it with Quiet Shutter Mode is awesome - I personally don't like/use the beep, but I always walk around with earbuds so yeah.. Great video Paul!
OHMIGOSH!!! I've learned a lot from your video, but my most significant take-away is being able to adjust the clarity of what I see thru the viewfinder! I had been compensating by looking thru my close-range eye (I have mono-vision), but now I don't have to do that awkward movement any more! Thank you SO MUCH for sharing your knowledge!
Great video! Cant wait to try the focus tip... manually focus the camera then put on auto focus. I feel like I should practice more with manual focus cause when Im shooting basketball games, I usually dont move me spot (on the floor 😂). Thanks for the tips!!
I just got my first proper camera, and your channel has helped me a lot, very clear & easy to understand information, and you bring it very well, many thanks!
Omg thank my brother describe your channel I'm not a professional photographer but I have a Canon T6 Rebel this video really helped me a lot. God bless you
G'day. My guess is that you are in Oz but you were raise in the UK - My guess is the Midlands. I am an Australian who has traveled extensively in my 72 years. I've lived in several counties and am now also an American citizen. I give you this as I am planing to move around the US before I am no longer physically able to do do. I now have a Canon 650D and am trying to learn how to use it. I have 3 different lenses, a Manfroto tripod that I've had for years and never used, and a Rode shotgun mic. I've just stumbled on your video on youtube and I like your to the point teaching methodology. Thank you. I am about to subscribe and ring your bell. Nice meeting you, mate.
Hi Ian, appreciate the feedback and support. Born in the UK (London) and moved to Australia (Brisbane) 12 years ago. Love teaching photography and helping others get better results from their digital cameras so it's great to have you on board. Lots of new videos and content coming so thank you once again for subscribing.
@@photogenius I lived and worked in London for 12 years, Ireland for 18 months, Japan for 2 years, San Francisco for 5 years and so far, I have been in Texas for the past 14 years. Doubt if I'll move again. I'm 72 now, a Vet and mildly disabled. I retire 7 years ago. I am a native Melburnian.
Really pleased to have foundthis channel, I have learned so much from watching just two videos. He really demystifies learning to use the DSLR, which is quite daunting for a beginner.
this is a great channel ive discovered, i am someone who loves photography, but always did things on my phone for speed or just used auto functions, i`m only now exploring some of the more customisable settings with my canon camera. the tip about minimum focus distance with the macro flower symbol on the lens really helped and the bonus tip of speed adjusting the setting was really helpful as well thank you
I always use Long Exposure Noise Reduction for Milky Way shots. It maps out a lot of the noise and "hot pixels" and results in a much cleaner image. But it does double the time before you can see the image.
I have been watching your tutorials Paul since the last 2 days and i really enjoyed them! Your videos are too educational esp for me that im just starting to nurture my interest in photography. Just bought my first camera w/ canon and im so excited to test them with all that i learned from you. You’re a big help to the kind like me! Keep it up! Thank you so much!
You said that this was mainly for DSLR cameras, but I just have an old Canon Powershot Sx40 hs. Even though it's a point and shoot, this video really helped me. (And I was able to get that annoying green light and beep off! Thanks!) I love your videos, you lay things out in a way that it is easy for people like me to understand without making us feel dumb or irrelevant as photographers.
Thanks for all the great tips. Just bought my first DSLR Cannon EOS 200D and have been running into some of these problems. Your videos have really helped me understand much better.. and will hopefully help me get better quality photos and video for my RUclips channel.
This is by far the best camera tutorial yet. I shoot with an older Nikon the D5000 and learned a few things about it myself. Was doing some research actually for a friend for her Canon Rebel T6 she needed help with, and this clarifies a bunch of things I can mention to her about. I will also share this video so she can watch it as well, thank you. P.S. I have subscribed for future helpful photography videos 😊
Hello Paul, thank you for your time to make this great video! I will check out your other videos... I just got a new Canon 80D camera and I am learning every day online all the great tips!
Major help for me. The best and easiest to understand. Thank you SO much! I am learning on my Canon entry level dslr camera. Not the fanciest type but I am having FUN with it. I need to buy a zoom lense...a BIG one...for my wildlife photography. I have one now but need one with more zoom for my moon shots too. My other Canon was automatic 50x zoom which is great! But...I wanted to learn a dslr too. Still learning but can't afford the expensive lenses right now. Wish me luck! And thanks again for being SO helpful! Blessings....🤗
