Yeah, your main "combo" doesn't do anything on any empty field, but also, if Paleos go second, they don't do anything on their turn 1, so idk what Cimo is so afraid of. Like, if you go first and stick a Chaos Max, all Paleo can do is set 5 pass, which is the exact same outcome as making Paleos go first, except you already got to establish your board. Granted, it didn't matter in game 2 here because Cimo kind of bricked, but with a better hand, he would've gotten omega punished for going second because anti-spell and Judgment would've wrecked him even with a good hand. Whereas if he had gone first and opened Manju, he would've been able to put out Chaos Max uninterrupted, at which point none of Nyhmnim's backrow would've done anything anymore.

The first and biggest issue here is that Cimo let Gage go first both times, especially the second time when he KNOWS Gage is playing a trap deck! Chaos-Max might not exactly be the best card to just sit on, especially as Gage did actually have outs. But it would have been SOMETHING at least. And he still has the Involved package! Game 1 - Cimo goes first, using Terraforming to end on Invoked Mechaba, ditching White Stone to pick up a Blue-Eyes. Gage can't go for Nimble Beaver as it'll just get negated, so his only move is set 3 and pass. Cimo's draw would be up in the air at this point, but he'll likely normal summon Majin to run into the Breakthough, summon out Alternative, attack over the Dupe-Frog with Mechaba, potentially negating it as he has spare monsters in hand, and then hit Gage for 3k. Gage's turn, draw 1, maybe Reckless Greed for two, and then what can he do? Breakthough the Mechaba, Summon out Nimble Beaver, get an Anglefish, go into Sky Calvery or the Phantom-Knight to get over Mechaba? Maybe go for the 2-material palio to search for a trap and use that to try and make plays? Regardless of the situation, Cimo would clearly be in a much, much more commanding lead, and might be able to take the game. Game 2 - Bit of a brick sadly, but I would Foolish White spirit and set Silver's Cry. If Silver's Cry gets MSted or something, then Cimo can just flip it up and have a 2500 body on the field, no biggie. But that wouldn't have happened. Instead, Gage would have set 4 and passed, then Cimo would have filled Silver's Cry, and banished one of Gage's set cards. All four options would have been a difference maker, and the game would have been entirely different because of it. Honestly, Cimo tunnel-visioned to hard on Chaos Max being an unbeatable beater than can OTK. When instead he should have focused more on the potential disruption and advantage of the blue-eyes invoked package, with Chaos Max being an option, not the only path to victory.

Had a thought for a possible new wheel segment although it might be too powerful. Trade In- remove a copy of a card that you pulled from the last pack from your collection and trade it for a different card of the same rarity from the same set. It could open up some more strategies but I do realise it is pretty powerful. What do people think?

I don’t understand what you’re saving those redoer tickets for. Use them on side sets but get 3 of the same ultra on a core set and “nah it isn’t worth it”. 😂
Ban/unban should be a single wheel slice, and just add a wheel slice for five additional packs of any core set already opened. Sometimes 24 packs isn’t enough to get all the cards you need! 5 extra Metal Raiders packs will surely secure victory!
@@LuckyAce203 Yep, and the lack of using reroll tickets has left his card pool and available good decks worse, this set should have been a reroll 100%, squib draw and quick launch, and he keeps it, rokket tracer is structure deck locked until max gold, and squid draw sucks, he would have been better off rerolling for evenly matched.
I hope Cimo pulls a light engine for the Invoked deck that's not garbage.....like the one coming out in the next core set. But I half expect he'll pull a few of the rare Mekk Knights and no Blue, Purple, or Indigo, and still decide to hold his respin.
I think this is the platform paleo is strongest on: on a simulator with no time limit that reminds you of every paleo play you have available in your messy graveyard. I can play paleo well on MD but I would be completely overwhelmed trying it in paper. Good shit gage. The age of gage is here to stay. The shit talk was a nice high as a Gage fan after past eps where Cimo ran the board. Cimo I think the toad ban is smart but it might be worth banning another paleo engine card instead. Dinomischus, marella, and opabinia all feel super important in that deck. Even without toad paleo can be a great counter-pick to hard-read a matchup where your opponent will only be using monster effects. It also performs well in matchups where decks burn out in one turn with no follow-up as it can play 9+ stall traps. I guess the trade off is leave toad available to other uses like via bahamut shark.
First match in a while where I skipped through most of the game. Really getting sick of Gage and his shit eating grin while hiding behind bs like anti-spell. Such a great example of his actual skill level as a player tbh.

The ban ticket honestly needs to go. It makes sense if you're in a losing streak, but on the wheel, oh, I get rewarded and extremely punish my op, total win! It prevents good deck building, punishes one for losing, which makes no sense.
Hey Cimo, at least you got 3 Assymetaphys in case you ever want to play that. At least I'm expecting that since it was good enough for you to not respin.

I hope Cimo pulls a light engine for the Invoked deck that's not garbage.....like the one coming out in the next core set. But I half expect he'll pull a few of the rare Mekk Knights and no Blue, Purple, or Indigo, and still decide to hold his respin.
gage was so obnoxious this episode
he always is
He is in the lead for ONCE, let the man have some fun.
When he was playing Shinobird in Saga he was in all times high for being cocky
Why didnt cimmo summon alternative again 😅
Probably summoning rulings, since the first one didnt actually stick, he could summon the second one
@@LuckyAce203the monster had a yellow indicator says I can't it's...once per turn yes! 😂
Gage was so set on the 3k token that he forgot to chain cat shark and get a 4400 atk token.
just for record mistar boy dont buff paleo cause their all unaffected by monster effects
Just no no skip to the end this time
Ban ticket is not a good thing to be on the wheel. Gage also should’ve banned Snow but it sucks to see a cool deck show up once and then get banned.
Don't worry about the second alternative
Whh---AAAAAAHHHHH, WHY DA FUCK DIDN'T CIMO SUMMON ALTERNATIVE? Wasn't that is plan all along?
First match in a while where I skipped through most of the game. Really getting sick of Gage and his shit eating grin while hiding behind bs like anti-spell.
Such a great example of his actual skill level as a player tbh.
Yea. If he had skill with his current card pool he could play something interesting like a synchro combo deck but as we seen him piloting DDD he can't
is beargram in a set that they'd use in prog?.......is there a remote chance we could see giant ballpark beargram turbo in prog?.....because I'm not gonna lie I would love to see it
Beargram is a sevens era card, there's a long way to go before we see it
Beargram is from Photon Hypernova in tcg
Which they will hypothetically get to, 6 years later in series
Imagine if gage rolls snatch steal. He would have a crazy deck.
Please take the ban ticket off the wheel if you're periodically just going to do judgments either way.
Toad, Broadbull or Drident needs to be the hit next week.
The ban ticket honestly needs to go. It makes sense if you're in a losing streak, but on the wheel, oh, I get rewarded and extremely punish my op, total win! It prevents good deck building, punishes one for losing, which makes no sense.
Summon the other Alternative and destroy the xyz!
IDK, how old izz’e? XD Yeah it’s Age of Gage. He’s a treat for all series.
I'd like to submit the stray pack addition to the wheel ,you can pull 5 packs from 1 of the previous 3 packs
Hoping Lunalights will get their time in this series.
Hey Cimo, at least you got 3 Assymetaphys in case you ever want to play that. At least I'm expecting that since it was good enough for you to not respin.
I see wanting rid of Lightsworn as a deck, but like...wtf. Why not get rid of snow. Shits op AF
if Cimoooo bans toad then just bring back the pendulum pile deck with Drident. Easy.
It’s really funny seeing the comments wanting more bans and hating the bans lmao
it's pick and choose. Some bans are justified, like Anti-Spell. but dislike when it takes away cool deck like Lightworns. If that isnt the reasoning, then idk what to tell you
Cimo is one of the most conservative guys I've ever seen.
Hey Cimo, this video isn't in the playlist btw!
