After liberation, our first regional party MGP, had designed to merge Goa with Maharashtra, but it was foiled or destroyed. Entry to Goa during Portuguese regime was difficult, v could keep d doors of houses open without fear of robbery bcoz v had only goans. Problems started only when housing board scheme was introduced. V need migrants but they should not have d right to decide d fate of goans by having voting rights. Goans, specially catholic community at my place, have bcome greedy and sublet their houses.
Are we Goans willing to do business with smaller margins with bigger turnovers by working hard & long hrs to boost their business & earnings? The answer is a BIG NO. If Goans run all the businesses it will become a Taxi Mafia kind of a similar situation in goa......
Only the last solution to save my beloved GOA. Need to change GOVT .and Goa must rule either R G R or GOA FORWARD Mr Prashant bab. No need out of limit migrants labour in Goa. Do you know uneducated person earn salery in the GULF countries government must give deserve salery deserve s jobs. And many more need to write here but I stop.
Suddenly RG has come to debate?? In BJPs Ahmedabad, altho' anyone can purchase land/shop anywhere in India, they came up with a policy that their heritage property/land etc cannot be sold to outsiders esp Muslims. In Sancoale Panchayat, outsiders hv entered d body itself, and tomorrow wd take over d cabinet to mk laws favourable to them to further their vested interests. It's time all need to come up with practical solutions to keep our own jobs & lands.
