I can't buy the light sentence for taking a man's life. She deliberately had a loaded firearm hidden and deliberately pointed it and fired at the deceased. I would want more than 5 years for that.
Regardless of what they might have thought about Shane, he had a right to an inheritance. Only his parents had the authority to deny him of that. The actions taken to push him out shows malicious intentions on the part of his sister. As for his niece, she shouldn't have even been involved in affairs that doesn't concern her. This again, is the wrongdoing of her mother.
I must say I really like that you share more of your thinking and a bit of your life. I appreciate that. Have a wonderful evening with your family and thank you. Peace. 👏👏✌️✌️✌️
I remember first hearing about this case and feeling a massive miscarriage of justice. Listening again now I feel the same. These women were manipulative, the police failed her uncle, and she should be behind bars for murder.
The theme Dr. Grande presented about people doing things half-way seems really appropriate for a crime in southern Oregon. It's easy to find a mechanic to work on your car in Grants Pass, but almost impossible to find one who will actually fix it. So it doesn't surprise me that the local police didn't want to get involved in a domestic confrontation, even though that's their job.
That cruise has altered your better judgement. She is clearly guilty. Managed to manipulate the women around her to lie about shooting a guy they admittedly hated. She did it for money. Probably convinced her mother he did things to her that he never did.
If I were a jurist on this trial I would have voted to convict Tucker of murder in the first degree. She had a hidden revolver, she brought it to the door, the door was opened, she raised her weapon with her finger on the trigger and should pulled it using considerable force with intention of shooting at her Uncle who was in close range. Her history is of an unstable young woman who exaggerated aspects in her life for her benefit. She had previously shot the revolver that morning, she knew it could be lethal and she had known her Uncle would be there for the signing of the paperwork. Her release from prison is a travesty of Justice.
I feel Ike if the family is awaiting a tense situation and a handgun is brought out, it’s bound to be used. If the gun was in a case and locked away, Tucker COULD have time to lock the door and yell, “I’m getting my gun’l and he would have known to leave. Tucker had financial loss if the notary had signed the deed. I think she should have been charged with 1st degree.
I feel like she’s a spoiled brat who only wants things her way and will do anything to get it. This sounds like premeditated murder to me. Rest in peace Shane.
If she had been properly charged and sentenced to prison for the false accusation against her ex, Shane may still be alive. Fakse accusers need to face the same prison time aa their victim would have received had their false accusation been successful
Oh man what a bunch of babies without jobs good grief. It sounds like the grandma was letting people mooch off of her so they'd be around. If your family won't be around unless you buy stuff for em, then they're not family. That's gross. Meanwhile I have a bunch of cats that are mooches but that is different lol
Wow. I know this exact type. Once you encounter one of these people, you'll never forget. I suffered the same false accusation that she made, and after losing against me in court, my accuser followed my family and I down the street screaming "pure evil" at the top of her lungs. I know that folks on YT don't like to diagnose from a distance, but if she really does match up with the person I experienced, I wonder if her diagnosis might share a word with a very early Madonna song. And I don't mean Lucky Star.
Sounds to me like it could have been a set up in order to assure a quick deed was never signed. If the lawyer could enter the video in defense, it looks to me like the prosecutor could have gotten a warrant to look at what else was on the phone. The tell is that she did fire the weapon that morning and reloaded. She was getting ready for something.
Based on the description of what happened here and Tucker’s behaviour, it seems to me that she got away with murder. She should be in jail for a lot longer than she got
Wow. Lights and makeup had a miraculous effect on Tucker's appearance. She looked so pretty in the still from that "Movie" but not so much in her true appearance.
You are never guaranteed an inheritance. Until the person leaving you the money has shuffled off this mortal coil it is their money. Its disgusting the amount of people, young people in particular, who feel entitled to their parents money. You didn't earn it? It ain't yours. The end.
If Shane has children they could file a civil case for wrongful death and most probably win the whole house plus damages. The standard for a civil case is lower than a criminal one: instead of beyond reasonable doubt, the plaintiffs only need to show on the balance of probabilities. On such a standard, I believe it would be relatively easy to demonstrate Tucker is liable af.
I disagree. I believe she did exactly what she’d planned to do; kill her uncle so that her mom could receive the entire assets of her grandmother. The reason she filmed Shane as he approach the front of the house was to build her excuse of why she shot him. She’s already proved how comfortable she is lying ( old boyfriend situation). She is most likely happy with the outcome; 6 years instead of Life in prison, and Mom walks away with the cash. That’s my opinion; I could have gotten it wrong.
If manslaughter is only half-way to murder one, isn’t the uncle still fully dead? You carried the half way theme of this video all the way, but maybe it would have been better left half way⚛❤
I think the mother is a POS. Mooching off the grandmother, Lori, refusing to work, allowing her daughter to get sucked into drama that had nothing to do with her. Grown-folks business, as my family says. Tucker should have been told to stay in her lane, but the mother was so greedy that she probably used Tucker to guilt the grandma into mortgaging the house.
People like this don't learn because in their mind they have done nothing wrong, so what's to change. Her jailing will be because of unfair treatment and the patriarchy in her mind. Unless she has a drastic epiphany in jail, she will be the same immoral entitled brat she was before.
They called her Tucker? Thats another word for food in Australia In Australia the word root doesn’t mean showing support! It means having sex. Funny the little differences in words we use.
Manslaughter seems right here. She pointed a gun at a person and pulled the trigger, knowing that there was a risk of killing the person. If she thought she was trying to scare him, and “missed“, that still makes it manslaughter. Because he was still outside the house, there does not seem to be a case for self-defense that a jury would believe.
Seems like Tucker and her mother were super greedy and wanted to completely cut Shane out of his inheritance. Grandma should have had more control over what was happening around her own house.

'she was narcissistic, grandiose, attention seeking, vain, self centered, and potentially sociopathic' 😂🤣😂😂
💀💀💀💀💀 this is too funny 😂😂😂😂
I can't buy the light sentence for taking a man's life. She deliberately had a loaded firearm hidden and deliberately pointed it and fired at the deceased. I would want more than 5 years for that.
The Delhi killer was guilty in reality in your opinion but this girl gets a free pass with much more evidence
Think the mother and daughter had a chat about getting rid of Shane. Tucker is an entitled brat and a leech.
When you hide a loaded gun on the table during a family meeting, then end up using it on a family member, you're guilty AF.
I disagree with you on her intent. 1st degree murder.
Yeah but he grew a marijuana plant you know . . . I’ve heard tales about those kinds of people
Looking forward to your Christmas video with your wife again. The tress were absolutely gorgeous and the video together was lovely!
Just a reminder, I'm not diagnosing anybody in this video; only speculating about an Uncle Killer like this.
Looks to the left every time, haha
I feel Ike if the family is awaiting a tense situation and a handgun is brought out, it’s bound to be used.
If the gun was in a case and locked away, Tucker COULD have time to lock the door and yell, “I’m getting my gun’l and he would have known to leave. Tucker had financial loss if the notary had signed the deed. I think she should have been charged with 1st degree.
I feel like she’s a spoiled brat who only wants things her way and will do anything to get it. This sounds like premeditated murder to me.
Rest in peace Shane.
The police refused to roll on a GUN CALL. Unbelievable!
If she had been properly charged and sentenced to prison for the false accusation against her ex, Shane may still be alive. Fakse accusers need to face the same prison time aa their victim would have received had their false accusation been successful
Watch the date line special on this. The girl was guilty and so was her manipulative greedy mother.
Claims she didn't know how a gun works.... Unfortunately stupidity isn't illegal but it is a life sentence.
When it comes to money and desperation, it seems some people will do anything, no matter how evil or disgusting it may be.
I really like your current camera position. It's a good one. Please keep it.
Thank you Dr. Grande for all of your attention to the details of this case. It is appreciated.
When privileged people fight.
Privileged?
Parasitic is more like it!
Why the heck would they happen to have a gun on the table? Were they afraid the notary was gonna go rogue?
The end.
She started recording so she could yell that he is trying to enter the house and then have an excuse to kill him.
The revolver hidden under a cover on the table along with test firing before hand the same day shows intent .
I was thinking this also .. at very least get his portion of the inheritance.
Tucker and Kelly are both lying. They were pissed about the Grant Deed and wanted to screw Shane out of his portion of the estate.
Hi Dr Grande, great analysis of a fully half way case. As always I learn something new from your videos.😊
RUclips hid this video from me for 2 minutes and I am furious.
Lol!😂
Ive never heard of anyone being attacked with a quart of oil
Bonk!
He was a methhead
Crazy family.
'Halfway to Murder'. That's got to be the name of a TV movie somewhere.
I would say that accidentally deleting someone with a warning shot is murder, Doc
The Dr. Of Wordplay. Awesome!!!
Thanks Dr.Grande for uploading every day.
Such an interesting channel❤.
This whole shooting could have been prevented if the police had just done their jobs. A gunshot had been fired, and a man called in fear for his life.
All of these family members except for the Grandma seemed to want to live well with no intention of ever earning any money.
You gotta love how the gun that was used in that “self-defense” killing was HIDDEN under a napkin until just before the victim appears upon the scene!
That guy was set up proper.
If manslaughter is only half-way to murder one, isn’t the uncle still fully dead? You carried the half way theme of this video all the way, but maybe it would have been better left half way⚛❤
That public notary was half way or worse, she walked right by Shane's body without even bothering to check his condition.
Murica
Surnames as given names are always a mistake.
I have a feeling when she gets out eventually she’ll go all the way and there will be no questions
People like this don't learn because in their mind they have done nothing wrong, so what's to change. Her jailing will be because of unfair treatment and the patriarchy in her mind. Unless she has a drastic epiphany in jail, she will be the same immoral entitled brat she was before.
Thank you for your analysis on this case, Dr. Grande!
Typical Police,always after the fact
Shane lost his "whole" life
MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL.
YOUR OWN FAMILY WILL PUT YOU 10 feet under just for the money.
They called her Tucker?
Thats another word for food in Australia
In Australia the word root doesn’t mean showing support! It means having sex.
Funny the little differences in words we use.
Apparently, she's up for parole next week: November 25, 2024.
Yep. Toxic people doing toxic things.
She had it for him and got away with it. Money and spoilt brats.
Me: Laying in bed at night wondering if I am a loser.
Dr. G: Let’s take a look at the evidence for and against
Seems like Tucker and her mother were super greedy and wanted to completely cut Shane out of his inheritance. Grandma should have had more control over what was happening around her own house.
Omg. I live in Grants Pass. It was weird to hear Applegate OR, then hear Grants Pass. Never hear news about our town
Dateline did an episode called A Killer Role
1. degree murder in my book!
creepy killers flled with greed
Just another tale of women getting away with murder.
Those people were horrible towards Shane. Tucker is a liar, criminal and killer. Sad
