She obviously went prepared to shoot him when you consider, she had practice shots in the morning, reloaded her weapon prior to the meeting, forgot her ID but remembered the pistol, immediately started filming with the intention of capturing behaviour suitable for self defence….but in the absence of that behaviour, opened fire anyway.

There were several though that liked to strut around like roosters, proudly displaying their insecurity & false bravado. I know it's not funny, but I am amused at the fact that Tucker got charged with having heroin while her mom claimed that her brother (mom's brother) was manufacturing meth and that is part of her reason for being fine with him being shot. Half-baked. I grew up in a rural area w/ most people not achieving higher education. When I left for college out-of-state I was gone for several years. When I came back to the same area I noticed that locals 'lied' a lot about their credentials. For example, one woman implied she was a school teacher, but instead was a Sunday School teacher. My impression is that people don't make the effort required to achieve something, because they're either too lazy or financially strapped. Her unlce knowling violated an order of protection. Cops were called, but they refused to respond. At that point, what happens the burden of proof towards Turcker has to be an agressiousl provable act. It's sucks, and I do think she wanted to kill her Uncle, but step were taken to prevent this situiation from ever happening, and those step lawful steps ver violated by the Uncle, and a failure by the police force.
This should have remained an ugly civil case.
How did he breach the order, we don't know the exact details but he did remain outside.
All of these family members except for the Grandma seemed to want to live well with no intention of ever earning any money.
