- Water Lantern Festival is an incredible experience where you, your friends, and your family will create a magical memory of life. It is a very emotional experience as you write down some of your hopes and dreams, or a message to a loved one, and then sending it out into the water. It's a moment of beauty, connection, and healing.

At the Water Lantern Festival, we cherish these moments and do our best to help you have an memorable experience that you'll never forget.
the ticket is just expensive!
The price covers the cost of collecting and removing the lanterns from the water following the event as well as cleaning up any trash that may have been previously been in or around the water.
@@thewaterlanternfestivalit’s a reasonable price, many other events don’t think of dealing with the lantern cleanup and end up wasting so much resources
@AskAlice112how do u expect them to put on this type of event without any money?? U just expect them to do all that work for free??
@AskAlice112 That's not true. That happened at one event in their first year, and they were heavily criticized so now they use environment friendly materials and have for years, but you'll still see people using the same verbatim article to this day

Who pulls all that wood out of water after?
Our team collects all the lanterns following the event and then we reuse and recycle what we can. We also collect any existing trash from the shoreline and water that may have been there previously so that the waterfront is cleaner after our event than it was before.
