He might look like failing to people, he is actually navigating well. Learning a lot. Wish him all the success
Itna hi confidence hai toh laga uske startup mein paise. Salle gandu.
As someone who started their Mumbai journey as a student over 16 years ago, such tiny flats bring back a lot of nostalgia. Mumbai definitely tests you before blessing you with success but those experiences make for amazing stories later. All the best to Ashwin Patil and may he become a successful entrepreneur.
It's good to see different people facing different challenges and still staying optimistic. Beauty of Mumbai. It's a collective struggle and everyone enjoys it.
Yeah but overall infrastructure and public transportation is so worse , we need more planned and maintained cities.
@@basshunterdota625 Wait like 2 years max! Coastal road, metro and Trans harbour should help a LOT!
What a confident and a good looking guy Ashwin is😅 also he has kept his tiny room very clean and organized, rare to see a bachelor pad so clean and colorful. Keep it up!
Staying alone is far better. And I really like the comment section. People not being judgmental and cheering him. Wish him luck and all the success.
U cannot trust woman these days
@@eggbenedict-gt7mw or roommates. Especially for introverted men who like to be neat and clean and don’t smoke or party, living alone isn’t much of a challenge. In fact they enjoy the solitude, flexible sleeping hours, etc. I know this because my son is one. He is OCD about being organised and neat. He does not drink, smoke or enjoy loud parties. And works long hours, often late into the night. So he has preferred living alone since he was 18-19 years old and we let him.
Never understood Mumbai, one side you have Bollywood which plays in crores with the same amount of hardwork, other side is Ambani spending 100 crores on wife's birthday in one minute , third side is young struggling to make 30000 in a month . What a contrast . Imbalance in nature but humans too
we should never give up. success & money after hard work.
That's what, economic imbalance and gap in wealth hiked in last ten years. There is concentrated wealth among few corporates
I appreciate Ashwin’s determination and commitment. I wish he will scale more and more heights and one day he will be definitely interviewed as successful entrepreneur. All the best !!!
What a brilliant and poetic entrepreneurial attitude, simply fantastic, wishing him all the very best in his journey!! 👌✌️
exactly..!!☺🙏
Chutiya retard se scam ho gaya. Lol.
Banda bahot jabardast positive person hai.... खूप मस्त
This guy has very good clarity. Wish him all the best.
The struggling but inspirational middle class story, all the very best to the guy.
Mumbai ki room choti hai lekin Dil hamesha bada hai. (Helping nature of people is what makes this city greater)
जितना कड़ा संघर्ष होगा
उतना ही बड़ी सफलता होंगी❤❤
Good Vishal cover more stories like this , gives inspiration and really shows how difficult it is for young generation to survive
I loved this, this life is so relatable with many youngsters in India, I also buy tiffin and like to live separately for peaceful and creative home environment
Wish him all the best!!!
Am really enjoying the effort that you are putting into get a very diverse range of tenants Vishal. What a lovely story of Ashwin. Love his perseverence and positive vibe! I am sure he will do well in life!!
He's definitely not an introvert. I really like what he did to get back the codes. He's really smart guy.
Just a click bait title - smallest apartment is something where there is no place to move freely.. it's definitely not the smallest apartment. There is nothing to be embarrassed about. My hostel room was smaller than this. Many hostel rooms are smaller than this..
That is a hostel room, not an apartment. Does you hostel room have kitchen and attached washroom also?
I really like the immense positive vibe of Ashwin and thanks for helping me discover Madh Island,Vishal.
Small but clean & organised.
This was just for making video. 😅
Great personality! Wishing him all the best.
This guy is the epitome of the change sweeping India & the youth of India of late --- entrepreneurship/ start- ups
As a startup guy, I can really relate to Ashwins story. All the best to him
He should simultaneously try acting in सीरिअल्स
Now this is research. Explore all facets of society and their lives and their ways
don't know why people feel so proud for not knowing basic household chores like cooking.
Yeah, true! Considering the fact that he himself says that he comes from a village!
I appreciate this hard-working person, but this is precisely the issue with these new-age "entrepreneurs." Can't cook food, but want to do business in food (burgers and panipuri). Can't code, but want app-based start-up! It would help if you focused on gaining and mastering some fundamental life skills. Don't waste time on building failing businesses (you'll learn a bit, but you would waste a lot of time and money doing it.). Instead, flip some burgers and master that or learn to code. Invest your time and money in yourself to upgrade your knowledge and skills. Don't listen to me if you want, but listen to Rancho, "Success ke peeche mat bhaago, Excellence ka peecha karo, success jhak maarke tumhare peeche ayegi." BTW, agree with some of the comments, this guy could make a career in modeling/acting or even you tuber. He certainly has the persona!
He reminds me of my early days struggle. Trust my friend keep doing and never give up is the key to success. Wish you all the best
And the AWS advt starts, let's count , how many.

Vishal seems to be very uncomfortable to stand in that beach with the smell of all that dried fishes😊
merko 1 bhi nahi aata shayad laptop mai dekh raha huisliye
6 times the ad has come. I was just scrolling through the comments to see if anyone is just as annoyed as I am 😂
This is real Mumbai.....were 99%cannot afford property prices.....but still prices going up every year...from last 20 yrs.......Strange but true fact....Massive .. use to black money.....Hopefully this will end ....someday
I think this guy needs a reality check. His attitude towards entrepreneurship is not great.
Ashwin bro wish you best of luck for your venture.
Nice vlog Vishal. Hat's off to this boy, what tenacity. Love the subject you r chosen , Mumbai rental Apartments or accommodation in Mumbai. Which is most searched subject in social media.keep it up.
God bless you Patil. It's something like Flats in Tokyo and newyork.
Ashwin bhai if u hv agricultural land go back to ur village... do farming.... and link ur farming business to online... Just a suggestion if it may help. God bless u brother.. u r so different and humble.. my best wishes to ur endeavors
I wish he becomes successful
Marketing is all about connections and if you not socialize how can you connect
Burger stall, gol gappe are not startup, the word is in trend agreed, but this is way out of place 😂
He comes across a wannabe. IMHO
its better than preparing for govt jobs endlessly.
Any new business is a startup...
If Burger stall is startup, then India must have millions of startups till now.If burger stall is startup then, tea and wada paav stall, all food stall should also be called startup.
@@rohith300987 technically yes.
Have u ever built a business? Seems like no rather than ridiculing people do something worthwhile in life.
Maggie - breakfast lunch dinner....come on Vishal please that's sarcastic
Ashwin is a brave man and I wish him great luck 😊
dear host keep your tone same for everyone..it should not change based on the apartement size
❤❤❤❤ very positive and Optimistic person he is
It was very interesting small apartment in mud island in Mumbai, at affordable price. Room looks decent for the price range and bathrooms looks very neat & clean. The wonderful host's
(Mr Vishalji) comments "maggie for breakfast, lunch & dinner" was a little poor taste anyway this video will be very encouraging for struggling/young entrepreneur. I wish Ashwin a big success on his start up journey.
Thanks Money Control for showing the luxurious apartments and also very affordable apatment as well.
BMC gives footpaths for business 🤦🏻♂️ 4:29
India’s Smallest Apartment, lol! Bhai kabhi Mumbai ki Chawl dekhi hain? The room at about 100 Sq Ft is so tiny that they have a shared toilet outside. And in many such places, a family of 10-12 people stay! Sad, but true!
14:36 . Kya quote hai bhai, yeh use karunga mai bhi kabhi..
Rooting for you my bro❤
nice confident optimistic young kid..go champ ! cheers
That's called a studio apartment in Mumbai .And by Mumbai standards that's a good studio apt
With boat...what about monsoon
What is studio appt?
@@rohitghorpade9486 All in one room. The living room, bedroom & kitchen in one compact place
@@swapsakpal08 Unless there is excessive rain, the ferry/ boat continues to work as usual during monsoon. Plenty people's livelihood depends on this mode of transport
Awesome story. awesome person.. 👏👏👏👏👏
Is it normal to have a framed picture of yourself on the wall? People really do that?
Start up King 😢
🫨🫨
Not only that . people keep their own photos as home screen background on their mobile/laptops😂
Yeah, some people may do that if they want to. Nothing normal or abnormal or paranormal about it.
He is a bhakt of Rahul Gandhi
Such a talented person but seems the anchor was not interested in asking proper questions or asking awkward questions to make him feel bad all the times saying that your two startup’s are failed already
Thank God, finally someone who doesn't want to be actor
AWS kye ads ka kush kero yar
y mat bola ki RUclips premium le lo
that beach was so dirty 😂why was he showing it off 🤣🤣
Wo patthar hai bhai
Vishal i love your show and as a host
Hustle is real 💪 strong brave man
His introvertness will lead him to disastor. if you want to do business you should be open and extrovert to make connection.
Radhakishan Damani should have probably known about this fact.. 😅
@@Kris7na he is not of this generation and he have already earned a lot by trading in his time. now a days things are different and the guy himself says that he dont like to talk much and be introvert
Nothing wrong in being introvert, you can be a introvert yet successful
You haven't watched silicon valley, have you?
@@lhxperimental you all are giving examples of person who were introverts but they were unique in there department. If introvertness is the key to success how many of them are successful hardly few percent
Loved this episode for sheer determination
This is the type of video i like. Linked to the ground.
Great positivity! All the best!
Good decision to cut cost down, with compact room.
अश्विन भावा लय भारी
Best place to be in Mumbai yet out of it ,
all the best for this guy👍
Not everyone has the courage to fight . chears to him and hope he gets successful soon
Hi Ashwin saw your video keep up the spark and hardwork of being self employed just a suggestion why not try starting chaat and panipuri business in MudIsland as there not or any competitors in this business in that locality offering this service and as you have previous experience of panipuri business.
This is not apartment this is a single room
Honest person! Wish him success
The host of the show needs to improve his English speech delivery. Although he seems to have average fluency (by Indian standards) in the language, his delivery (especially the introductory lines) are very choppy and make him look angry. Also, I heard him say the words "people like you" many times . This is considered very derogatory in the USA as it sounds condescending.
Love Mumbai❤
Very solid guy!
Fabulous❤
This is pretty big for where i live in versova,Mumbai. A small room with 3 others. 2500rs rent per person.
He should be an actor. Nice voice & appearance.
Loved his room and his life. Prayer for his success.
First time heard of mudh island. It is having sone history with fort etc. Why didnt it develop as a tourist place. If it were europe, living i this island would have fit millionaires bill only. Poor Indian city councils in their ideas and tastes. One visit to mudh island next time for sure🎉
No railing on the stairs ? Seriously 😮
Ewww… That roommate is gross 🤢 Using someone else’s wet towel 5:51
This guy is vibing zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Ye toh shark tank ka episode tha😂 Cool guy!
When you come from a small village - opportunities are not limited. I came from a small town which was slightly larger than a village - I never felt opportunities were limited. In India there are plenty of opportunities for everyone.
Wish all the best for Ashwin
Hope your startup works
Wish this guy all the luck.
Very good!
he is optimistic pro max
Good luck work hard success is learning from your mistakes. Stay the course.
I thought he is actor because he is good looking.
But I have seen apartment even half the size of this in Bangalore....even then it's rent was 8k 😅😅
Even this one is cute and spacious than many I have seen
Somehow I feel this innocent soul will be eaten by the cunning sharks of Mumbai. He has potential for sure but needs a good mentor to start with. Working for somebody until you know the tricks of the trade is not a bad thing to do especially when you are not born in a privileged family. This world is going to be ruthless and he does not deserve it. But such is life. Watching shark tank on TV in a rural setting and aspiring to be CEO of next unicorn is totally different from what reality is on the streets. He surely has lot of strengths which he can build on. And I am cursing myself here in being so judgmental. I really want him to be safe from fraudsters.
Living in slums is romanticised in Mumbai. Sorry, but this episode is just sad.
best wishes. work hard. max out the life.
Why are you always taller than the people you interview??
because he's 6'3"
My apartment is smaller than this just 40 sq feet
Show ur apartment
All the best ! :D
Ashwin's English is very poor
I stay in a chawl of 8k rent in jvlr rd
