  • Birds, snakes, scorpions, and deer as neighbours in Thane. Our tenant in this episode shows us life in an apartment next to the forest.
When asked about the reason for living on rent, the elderly couple highlighted that they found children's education as a better investment in comparison to buying a home.
Moving out of Mumbai after COVID, our Tenant says lockdown allowed them to explore newer cities. They saw Goa and Lonavala but chose Thane. Why? Watch the full episode to know!

For 32k they are getting a bedroom with a balcony facing a hills and the forests, imagine a waking up to the sounds of birds chirping, having your coffee sitting in your balcony facing the forests. This property is great for someone who is looking for peaceful surroundings and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Another great episode 👍🏻

Thane is an ecosystem in itself. There are corporates and industries like no other micromarket on the outskirts of Mumbai. TCS is shifting its entire Mumbai base to Hiranandani Thane. Wagle estate is full of BPO and KPO, apart from industries. Warehousing hub of Western India, Bhiwandi is closeby. Not everyone in Thane needs to travel to Mumbai for work. Moreover, Metro Line 4 is in full swing.

With the presence of the camera crew and all, it's more likely to be in its safe place than move about. We saw barely a few seconds of it and am sure the family takes care of it well.
