I love the idea of CIG putting out a video on the evolution of the SC development from Kickstarter all the way to the finished product. Then people will understand where the love and passion for this game comes from and why so many people want to see it succeed. Also I think SketchTherapy did a great job explaining the viewpoint of most backers to to people who know nothing about the game. Regardless of the mocking from the Asmongolds chat, I think Sketch left a lasting impression on Asmongold at the end of the video.
Yes, another video in which DG agrees with SaltEMike! This time about Sketch's performance with Asmongold. Mike even says he's considering unbanning Sketch from his chat 🤣 Seriously though, if DG got to the end of Asmon's video where he says he's going to try Star Citizen, the questions make a lot more sense. It's basically what people thinking about trying a game with a cash shop that has items in the hundreds or even thousands of dollars might ask. Also, if you've watch Asmon videos about games looking to hook whales like Diablo Immortal, you see the type of questioning Sketch received is pretty typical. Can't wait for the react video on Asmongold declaring he's going to try Star Citizen.
Oh I figured he would. ASMON is a rational dude. You understand ofc while dealing with Sketch live and the FemDom Asmon moment why it was easy to get thrown off the track, but I have to say, I think this was one hell of a highlight compared to many on here lol

How much money have I spent on Star Citizen? I don't know. I know that its a little bit each year. But I'm pretty sure there is no total. Because I never look at it. If someone asked me how much money I've spent on gas since 2012.....who knows. Its only like 40 bucks at the pump every couple of weeks.

Sorry long message lol: I only played SC for a while. Most of these packs to me are either from player's goodwill or pay for convenience (time), you aren't really forced to pay except to get the game. But I know some people see that as p2w some don't so I think it depends on the individual. But honestly I can't say for sure if the current state of the game really reflects the 700m even if CIG is cooking something big as most AAA titles seem to be around 200m. I expected it to be more than average AAA titles but 700m seems a lot. But that's me assuming they used up all 700m in development already which isn't the case. But it's true no one's forcing them to pay 48k, 48k seems a lot so people immediately jump the gun to think that ppl who pay 48k are addicted or getting scammed, which I get but then again as you guys said, if they have the spare money and really love this game why not. They shouldn't be judged by others on how much they want to support a game.
I watch asmon a lot so I'm aware he's only based when it's convenient, which is all what anyone can do really since if stuff is at risk you'd rather protect something that matters to you than being based 100% of the time. He also cancels anyone who has a different opinion by banning them from chat after shaming them with his chat, though i agree with him a lot of the times. Most of his chat probably thinks following him make them based if they just agree with asmon so wouldn't worry too much about his chat.
I unfollowed Asmon months ago because he made controversial comments about topics that affected my past. This video is supporting the exact same reason why I made that decision. He’s a narcissist and his community follows and agrees with him blindly like sheep.

After 1+ hours of dealing with Sketch, listening to Asmon backstepping to FemDom shit lol, and spitting out the history of Star Citizen you can understand I was completely exhausted on stream. At that point I could absolutely give 0 shits Asmon played SC lol

I think sketch genuinely is just very passionate about the game. There’s some things he’s 100% right on, like how I too don’t really want a full release just a 1.0. The game isn’t really pay to win in every aspect only some, like you can buy a capital ship but you won’t do anything in it unless you have a crew. I don’t entirely disagree with the monetization in the game but I come from War thunder and world of tanks. A game where it IS pay to win and a game where vehicles can ONLY be acquired with money. If it wasn’t this model it would be another made to siphon money and I think this is fine for what the game is at the moment.
I'm not the only one that noticed I remember saying something about him a little while ago about the Summit salty Mike video dude has some anger issues and it gets out of hand sometimes he literally takes over the whole entire chat with his Rants and it's quite hilarious to watch but at the same time way overwhelming to watch all of it hopefully he gets his peace soon sketch I wish the best for you buddy good luck and DG you got your hands full good luck but his call with asmond was good he did a good job explaining everything
