Whomever was Leon's VA did such a great job.
I did find a trick with beating this guy, if you can lure him towards the trees near the little water pools around the rock, he'll get stuck and you can clobber him like a mad man. This will take skill, since he can move away for it, the trick is jump over the railing right before he runs into you.

Thank you for explaining. Had it not been for my narcissistic sociopath abuser father, I wouldn’t have gotten into abusive relationships and been left a solo mom by one of my abusers. This guy isn't so tough as he looks. Just get off your bike when you're near him. Then lead him to a wall. Soon he will be stuck. Then, take your spike club and start bashing him. He will be so interrupt by the clubs that you can kill him in about 20 seconds. Even so if you're at level 4-5, it works.
