I'm surprised you didn't use your new Suhr guitar since it looks a lot like the MK1 guitar that Knopfler used to play. Anyways that was spot on awesome bro.
Thanks! And actually I recorded it with the new Suhr too to see how it would compare to the real Strat tone... well, the real Strat won simply because it is a real Strat tone. The Suhr with the MK mod comes close though! :)

Awesome. Finger pick challenge accepted. I can't operate a pick to save my soul anyway. I often use the nail on my pointer finger for my downstroke pick needs if what I'm playing doesn't require upstrokes. I guess I should put in the work but I've developed some interesting techniques to work around this self imposed handicap.
