I love the full size appliances, the bathroom with a tub, regular toilet and plenty of cabinet space, and the bedroom being on the main floor - no stairs! It's perfect! I love the home! I am now a widow, have been for a year and I am thinking about downsizing into a tiny home. I no longer need a 4 bedroom 2 bath, 1649 sq ft home with 6 acres of land to care for. In fact caring for the land is my nightmare. Your house has everything I am looking for with the bonus of having a nice community. I live out in the middle of no where and that makes it very lonely living out in the country with no nearby neighbors.
@@nmr6988It's ok if you've got a man to help with maintenance and repair. If you're young fit &have a family. If you're old, sick & alone it would be a nightmare. You're a sitting duck for those violent gangs as well as being vulnerable in the event of an emergency or accidents.
I grew up in one of these, but a double wide which was 60 feet by 20 feet. They're called mobile homes/manufactured houses. They've long been called "trailers" but they don't sit on a trailer so they aren't. They sit on a foundation of risers that sit on the ground or a concrete slap. These are more like traditional houses.
This is a tiny home that is practical and beautiful. The first one I could actually imagine living in. Love the layout, including the downstairs bedroom and lovely big kitchen. The sunflowers suit this lady's sunny disposition. Wendy from the UK
If you really miss the dishwasher.... There is a dishwasher made that fits under the K sink. (I had one in my last apartment.) They work great. And would be easy to install in your situation. 💖🌞🌵😷

Of all the tiny house i watch....i love this one because it is very cozy still and has high ceilings which is a great plus specially to tall people. Love the bedroom because just like she said....she is older and sometimes old people will have a hard time to climb the stairs. This tiny house is still like a real house to me..just smaller. Even the toilet can flush it like ordinary toilets.
PLEASE, PLEASE BE SO CAREFUL with that stain glass in your window. We knew of someone's house burned to the ground because of the sun hitting the stained glass and reflected off a wall, started a fire and they lost EVERYTHING.

I’m so warmed to see videos like yours with singing women living modestly. I have been living in my thow for about 10 months and found out about frozen pipes up here in BC the hard way, with about a week of crawling around underneath to insulate the floor and pipes!😅 I have some of the materials for skirting which will be my spring or summer project along with the deck. 🌻

I love this little 🏡🏠🏡 it is perfect for a older person like me all on one floor and the price is right making it affordable for downsizing. If a person or was selling their larger 🏠🏡🏠 they could buy This and have a a good amount left over. On the inside also it is generous with it having plenty of space and everything being full sized.
