Easy peel Boiled Eggs

This video demonstrates how to make hard boiled eggs that are easy to peel.
The method is:
Place eggs in pot with boiling water and cook for 13 minutes.
Cool down eggs by running cold water into pot and then filling with ice.
Leave in ice water for 10 mins.
