  • Gather the necessary materials: You will need a soldering iron, solder, nikel strips, and 21700 cells.
    Prepare the cells: align up the cells using a 3d printed plastic tab.
    Connect the cells: weld the batteries with nickel strips or wires to connect the cells in series and parallel.
    Wrap the pack: Wrap the pack with tape, neoprene, and heat shrink for protection.
    Charge the pack: Charge the pack with a suitable charger and use it for your next FPV drone project.
    This video will provide you with a step-by-step guide to building a 6s2p battery pack for your FPV drone. By the end of the video, you will have a better understanding of how to build a battery pack from scratch and be able to apply this knowledge to other projects as well.

      Did you use the same cells as I did?
      It’s normal for it drop a bit due to amp pull.
      Make sure to charge with Lipo settings and not lion, or batteries will not fully charge and drop real quick!
      With lion you can go down to 3.0 with no issue

    Hello, I have ImaX B6 v2 charger and the balance socket has numbers from 1 to 6 and then minus sign, do I need to reverse the cables for it to work correctly?

    • @Voodoo_Nation
      @Voodoo_Nation  2 месяца назад +1

      @@siskanalasneveikia2269 I’m not familiar with your charger, but all chargers are built the same way.
      1-6 is positive and minus sign is negative, i don’t see why you would need to change anything.
      You can potentially start a fire reversing polarity or mess with any of the cables.
      Be very careful with cabling!

    Hi what is the Mah of this battery pack and how did you determine it? I built the same with 21700 4800mah 6s2p

    • @Voodoo_Nation
      @Voodoo_Nation  10 месяцев назад

      If you take two 6s1p 4500 mah batteries and wire them in parallel you will have twice the capacity (9000mah) but the same voltage (22.2 volts). If you wire the same two batteries in series, you will have twice the VOLTAGE (44.4 volts) but the same capacity (amperage), in effect it will then be a 12s 1p 4500 mah battery
