+1, I'm sure listening to Flora's intro music or that of Run 4 Adventure, has a measurable effect on my mood, as you know your going to hear some uplifting commentary after it.
I'm now listening to an audiobook about the three athletes who tried to break the 4-min mile in mid-twentieth century. I save it for my runs only, this way hearing about their struggles, their discipline etc. motivates me on my own runs
Breathtaking scenery, great weather, (can't see any more rain) it doesn't get any better than this. Pure motivation. Thanks for your great videos. I always look forward to Wednesday. Thank you.
Beautiful vid Flora! :) Dorset is such a stunning place to run in (although I'd say anything coastal, although poss brutal, is beautiful, I wish Oxford wasn't so inland!) I'd say all runs there should be mandatory ice cream (it looked good!!!) and love the new sunnies too. x
also thanks for the Jenny Tough book recommendation, i've added it to my wish list at the library :) But yes, would love to see a vid about book reviews of things you've loved. x
What a beautiful run, stunning views. I thought my run along the Ridgeway to Ivinghoe Beacon today was hilly, but nothing compared to your run. I was lucky too, with most people moving aside for me, maybe I was making more noise, but I know what you mean! Keep going with Z2, progress can seem slow but over time it works so well. Twice since I started in January I've actually had HR corrections during a run, with my HR suddenly dropping, then stabilising 8-10 beats lower at the same pace. Weird, but good.
Beautiful run Flora! Thanks for the tour. Looks like an awesome trail. We have more mountainous trails here and higher altitudes. Living in Salt Lake certainly has some good ones. I am curious... Do you have to worry about snakes or other critters on your trails? Love the beauty that you capture in your trail runs. You really know how to make your viewers feel like they are there and want to be there.
Ah yes I bet its gorgeous there! We do have snakes, but you're very lucky if you see them. Only one is venomous, and they're pretty rare, sadly. Cows are a much bigger problem than any of the native wildlife!
Hey Flora, would be great to hear how you benchmark your performance and training (how much better / fitter you've become), do you use watch metrics or a 5k loop time etc... I use recovery time but I have no idea if there is a better way, thanks for the content!
Beautiful trail❤. And what a multi-tasker you are, running, eating an ice cream and videoing 😮😂 Looks like you had a wonderful weekend, I hope you’re feeling better? 🙏😊
Hi Flora. Beautiful breathtaking views! I'm wondering what the temp is there throughout your run! I'm currently training for a November marathon. I live in Florida and my long runs are dreadful hot! Struggling to finish but so just going very slowly in order to complete 🥵
Great video Flora! May i ask what camera you film with? New Gopro? (I saw your description says Gopro hero 9😂 thanks! ) And do you edit videos yourself ? Cheers man!
@pieterOD another gopro. I love the functionality of the insta360 but it requires a lot more post production work to get it right. I do have one though!
yes to audiobooks list !!!!
“Hey everyone. Welcome back to the channel. Thank you so much for tuning in.”
Love, love hearing that every time! 😀
Haha yayyy welcome back! 🤗

do you also sing along to the jingle or is that just me? :)
Yes please to the audio book list. Have listened to Jenny Tough’s book and loved it too! ❤

Sounds cool, what the name of it?

That shot of you running with an ice cream in your hand put a huge smile on my face!
Haha like the ice cream did for me! 😍😍😍
Thanks for the book recommendations!

I live in Dorset and love watching your videos abut running in this county!
Yes please, share some audiobook related content!!! Thanks :)
Nice view indeed
Such a beautiful place for a run! Your audiobook recommendations are always great and I'd love to watch that book video if you feel like filming it!
What an absolutely gorgeous trail along the coast. Thank you so much for sharing. Will definitely have to try and ice-cream for fueling my longrun!
I'm not sure why I've never even considered stopping for ice cream haha, great choice!!
What a beautiful sky, just perfect🙏
What a fabulous route on a lovely, sunny day 🍦🌞♥️
What a fab route, that looked wonderful. Thanks for the tip on the audiobook, I'll give it a listen 👍🙂
Super nice! Wonderfull nature. Thank you very much for filming :)
Awesome views, that run looks like it’s got a bit of everything, also having plenty of sunlight open air, keep up the good work Flora 🏃🏽♂️👏🥳✅👏👣🌲👍🏼

Great timing to watch this, I'm doing the Lyme Splash swim in a couple of weeks and this is making me more excited to get in that water!
First Like from 🇪🇸. !!!!Never give up, Flora!!!!. A nice week for everyone. ⛰️🏃⛰️

Those are some incredible trails! Nothing beats an ocean view 😍
It's so gorgeous there 😍

It was stunning! Around 22 degrees with a breeze I think, perfect running weather :) I imagine it's a lot more difficult there!
What a stunning place to run, I’ve never ran with an ice cream, may need to try this. 😂
10/10 recommend 😂
Where Barton upon sea is to where you are in Dorset.
Great Vlog Flora. Love that trail it looks really challenging and the scenery beautiful. How could I get a copy of the route.
You can see all my runs on my strava! But essentially just follow the south west coast path from Charmouth to Burton Bradstock:)
@FloraBeverley Thanks Flora. On Audiobooks have you read Llama Drama by Anna Mcnuff or any of hers are really good and she narrates them so well.
@@steveperkins6308 I'm actually listening to barefoot Britain atm and already listened to The Pants of Perspective, which I loved!
@FloraBeverley Yep both great books and so inspiring. The United Stetes of Adventure is also a great listen
I’m off to Eype on Saturday so looking forward to running the Dorset hills again! They never get any easier 🥵 but the views are worth it 👌
Ah amazing! So jealous, have the best time 😊
@@FloraBeverley Thanks Flora! It’s such a beautiful place! Absolutely love it down there.
Absolutely gorgeous xx
Have you run the Grizzly.
Great video Flora!

New Gopro? (I saw your description says Gopro hero 9😂 thanks! )

Cheers man!
Yes this is my hero 9! I'm hoping to upgrade sometime soon. I have an editor for the bulk of the editing 😊
@@FloraBeverley are you thinking of upgrading to another GoPro? Or rather move to the Insta360 family? I have no clue which is better
@pieterOD another gopro. I love the functionality of the insta360 but it requires a lot more post production work to get it right. I do have one though!
