cue to 2:50 for the amazing speech by Wynton Marsalis. I was there today. Huge standing ovation for his commencement! This was, by far, the most heartfelt and uplifting speech I've heard, and I've heard many in my time at University of Michigan.

I was there as well! His speech moved me to tears. Simply amazing. Had to go find it on RUclips to watch it again. Very true words being spoken.

Classless move by the GSI union, in my opinion. OK, fly it around the stadium once or twice, but it flew for most of the ceremony and the noise was disruptive.

It was great to watch from afar but as I was patiently awaiting the list of Graduates someone cut it off in the mid S’s and my Graduate was St- 😮 so I guess graduates later in the alphabet didn’t get their deserved acknowledgment because of someone’s impatience. Sorry niece! I tried to get the screenshot for you. Congratulations Caroline St…!

You must have been at a different ceremony. They don't announce graduates' names at this ceremony, only confer degrees by College

@@michaelyoung2233 she is referring to the names of the graduates at the end if this video. The video cuts off in the last names with an 's' and never completes the rest of the graduates. Its disappointing, hope they fix it
