    Looks like a magical part of the world, and as usual you captured it perfectly in your footage 😉Mirror imaging just highlights some of the amazing mature trees that go down to the waterline here and the fishing was spot on as usual too! Thanks for sharing your experience.

    Hi Alan I'm off to Melbourne Geelong. 26th to 28th So i'm gonna get some fishing done in a few days. Also get myself a fishing kayak.But the one that you have the hand paddle Or I may go for the peddle one I wanna do really good fishing. Thank you so much for everything you have done and encourage me to get out there on the wall I really appreciate all the lovely help that you have given me an advice Really appreciate all the support that you're willing to take the time to answer my questions.Thank you , and I really appreciate it Keep up the good vlogs. Definitely.Going to see if you want to do a big catch up when I go again to Geelong. When I know exactly and give you enough time to know if you're gonna be around. This one was.
    Unexpected to visit my beautiful little niece So I cannot wait to Show her very first fish. Hopefully, I'll get my hubby into fishing or just holding the road.But my boys can't wait. 😊

      Enjoy your visit here !! The fishing has been really good this past few weeks, Whiting especially, the pinkies were a tad quiet this week with the cold temperatures slowly settling in. With the kayak if you get a chance go a foot peddle on, its so much better then needing to paddle. Have a look at 2nd hand places like marketplace but many who buy the paddle ones end up selling them quickly because they can be frustrating to use when trying to fish.

    Alan you should try for kingies and big salmon of the heads there. Winter for salmon. Kingies all year round but mainly during spring and summer

    Great spot, must make an effort to get down there, use to love going down to Tyres and exploring all the different fire trails to get to spots pre kayak days. Would be awesome on the yak! Interesting boots you have there, what are they? Good compromise not having to put the yak pants on or rolling up the trackies pants.
    Thanks again Alan for top notch content👍🏼

      Thanks !! Lake Tyers is a magnificent spot and I cant recommend it enough. The boots i use are a combination of chill cheaters and crocs a combo that works so well. No more wet and cold feet on launching. I have some detailed vids on it in our members area. Cheers

      Thanks !! Unfortunately I didn't get any footage of us prawning as it was all done at night. Basically a night light on a pole, some waders and a net and we got a good feed and plenty of bait in no time

    I saved a bird the other day and damn near drowned myself in waders lol. So this old guy was just resting his arms on a fence watching me clamber for the surface and back to shore, holding the bird entangled in a branch above my head and the waterline, probably thinking, well if he dies, he did it for something good.

    Hi Alan any tips for fishing sand ridge lookout Port Melbourne

      @fishingmad  3 месяца назад

      Webb Dock is a great spot. Need to try and fish the corner at the end and cast your baits out as far as you can. Some cracking snapper caught there over the years. Great spot for pinkies and flathead with paternoster rigs with pilchards, squid and raw chicken

      I caught about 30 bream in that session. 100% some small ones, but I got at least 10 above 35cms and several above 40cm.
