Thank you so much for these workouts!!! Those heel clicks were challenging! I raised my top leg instead. I love these 5 minute workouts! They get my heart rate up and are so fast to do, and a very good full body workout!
I like this overall but some of the core stuff felt a little intense for third trimester (although I know the jury is still out on diastisis recti prevention). Also didn't see anything with a chair? Thanks for these nice 5-minute workouts, in general!

Is the arm extension/plank position the best to be doing while so heavily pregnant? It felt straining to me, so I put my knees down.
