I followed this video and it's the first time I've done yoga since I've been pregnant. I lied down afterwards to go to bed and I felt the first movements from my baby. I guess he liked it!
I followed this video (and the one that automatically comes after it) 4 days per week during my second pregnancy. Totally prevented the back pain I had experienced the first time around! Also, my 9lb 4oz baby came flying out in less than an hour - happened so fast the midwife didn't make it in time! My first baby took 19 hours! Thanks so much!!!!!
Thank you for this video! Pregnant and at home in the social distance days we are facing this is a life saver. I’ll follow this and the other routines to stay active.
My husband and I started doing yoga at home..and we’re both extremely annoyed by all the chit chatting with the other videos... You are by far the best! I’m so happy I found your channel I can’t wait to tell him when he gets home and do a couple videos tonight too! Thank you for focusing on the yoga..and not chatting about your personal life! This is just perfect!
I absolutely love your way of instructing! No need to look at the video because your instructions are so clear. No unnecessary talking helps me get into it as well. This is a short but effective practice that I’ve done in both my pregnancies. Helps keep everything flexible and strong!
I mean! You have the most soothing voice, I can actually follow your instruction without looing at the screen every 2 seconds and I feel amazing afterwards. As a beginner, you ma'am are my absolute favorite! Thank you
I am in my third trimester of my second pregnancy and I have been having horrible back pain! This was amazing!! I will be doing this every morning until baby comes!!! Thank you so much!!!
Hi.don't know how to thank you for this routine.I'm in my first trimester. I'm exhausted all the time ,forcing my self out of bed in the morning.after doing this yoga routine ,It's like I'm refreshed and all ready to start my day,my neck and joints feel much better now.thanks from a subbi from Iran .
All these prenatal yoga videos really helped me during my pregnancy when I was struggling to do any exercise- Thankyou so much. Now enjoying the postnatal ones. X
I'm 25 weeks pregnant with twins and love this flow. It's an actual flow that hits all the right spots when you are short on time. I love waking up to this. It's been in my weekly rotation during my entire pregnancy. Thanks Sarah Beth!

Hi Sarah Beth. I'm 14 weeks pregnant and started to follow this morning yoga video just this week. Although I had some background on practicing yoga, I wasn't doing it for quite a while, and the first time with this video felt like the instructions were too fast or I was too slow. But I didn't give up and within just a few days I can calmly enjoy this morning stretch and be grateful for how much my body already progressed! This morning yoga is a blessing for both body and soul! Thank you for putting such nice effort on your great work! Best wishes for your current pregnancy and for all the family*
Amazing video. I have been feeling very irritated every morning just from having to wake up and go to work. This helped my body feel good but also did a lot to clear my mind.
Love this little morning sequence. I'm 29 weeks pregnant and am an experienced yogi, this felt so good to do in the morning to relieve the hips from sleeping on sides.
Sarah, I’ve been a fan for about five years, to the point I know your morning yoga routine by heart. I was so relieved to find that you also offered prenatal routines as well, since I have learned to trust you, and develop a flow of breathing. You’re the best, thank you💕
Really happy to have found your prenatal yoga videos! I've been following them (as well as some other RUclips yoga videos for variety) on a daily basis for the last few months. At 37 weeks of pregnancy, I've been able to do them comfortably and go about the rest of my day feeling energetic, strong, and flexible.
I absolutely LOVE this. This is probably the first video I've done where it actually gets me to take the right breaths with the movements and it goes at a perfect pace!
I found your channel about a year ago because of prenatal yoga. The year has not gone as planned, but I have benefited from your channel greatly! Now I'm back in your prenatal and thankful for the flow style (since not pregnant I'm all about vinyasa and power!). Would love to see other videos like this, since there are so few out there. All that being said, thank you!!
Thank you. This is perfect for anyone wanting to ease into a daily routine. I love doing this when it's raining out or the barometer is low. It really staves off the aches & pains. Keeps me from having to lay down all the time. This woman has the prettiest voice as well. Love it before work. Great start to the day. I also do the evening & PM sessions. So nice. I haven't seen the "prenatal workout". Would love to do that as well!
This is exactly what my body needed this morning! I definitely wouldn’t consider myself a yogi but I’ve done it regularly a few times. I was able to keep up and follow along. The video was clear. You spoke clearly. It was just an all around good experience. You have a brand new subscriber!! Thank you!
I’ve been doing this routine every morning for a week and it has made a huge difference for me! I was experiencing way too much back pain for this early in my pregnancy (20 weeks) but this morning routine is helping to strengthen and stretch my body in ways I desperately needed. I’ve always enjoyed yoga, but you have definitely made me a yoga-during-pregnancy believer. Thanks Sarah Beth!
SarahBeth you are AMAZING. I'd been using this 15 minute prenatal morning routine since about week 9 of pregnancy, through working 8 hour shifts and dealing with life stressors, i really feel like this 15 minutes made all the difference in my days. I felt so "off" whenever i didnt do it. Now, at week 28, I have really been slacking and its been about 1 month and a half since I did your 15 minute morning prenatal yoga routine. I have been experiencing some extreme discomfort in my 3rd trimester, shortness of breath, and problems with dehydration. I am 5'0", 120 lbs and it just seems like baby has NO room to grow in there!! The more my belly stretches, the more uncomfortable each and every day is becoming. I was in so much pain and discomfort this morning, then i thought back to THIS video and how much it had helped me in the beginning of my pregnancy. So I just did your 15 min morning prenatal yoga routine for the first time in over 1 month and i feel SO much better. I am most definitely going back to doing it everyday, in the hopes that it will help me in my pregnancy and also in my labor&delivery. Thank you so much for all your help and videos SarahBeth! ❤Aryana M.
I have kept doing this morning yoga routine almost everyday for two months- my third trimester. It feels so relaxing and peaceful! The back pain had gone and didn't feel it again after doing it for one week. Thanks very much!
My favourite prenatal workout 🥰 I've done this almost through all my pregnancy 2-3 times a week. Now I'm in week 35 and I'm so grateful I can still do these yoga poses and stayed flexible. It also relieves all the aches and pains from sleeping position and baby weight. Thanks a lot Sara ♥️♥️♥️
Wonderful video. I've been doing a lot of your youtube "classes" and what I like about this one is the combination of stretching and movement. I'm 25weeks and currently dealing with dizziness, some nausea, shortness of breath and also recovering from gallbladder removal surgery. Despite all that, I'm able to all of the poses and moves. I feel like this sequence gives me a nice morning shot of energy and opens me up for the day, but in a gentle way.
This workout was a constant throughout my pregnancy. I'm 40w + 4 days now and it's one of the few things I can do to stay physically active. Thanks for posting it!!
Thank you SO much for this!!! I’m an aerobics instructor (haven’t worked since COVID) and now I’m 16 weeks pregnant. I was desperate for some gentle quick pre-natal yoga and I have to say my body feels so grateful!! 🙏🏼
I’m almost in my third trimester and have been doing your prenatal yoga for the past two months and the results have been immensely beneficial. Thank you so much for sharing. It really helps with my back pain 🙏
I've been wanting to stay active during the later stages of my pregnancy, but didn't want to overdo it or do an exercise that wasn't safe. I also wanted to see if it would help me sleep. This series has been perfect for me, and since I started doing at least two of the videos a day, I've been sleeping much better. Thank you!
So helpful to get my muscles ready for the day! Just starting my third trimester and my body loved this morning sequence! Feeling better circulation in my lower half and less achy all over!
Love, LOVE, LOOOOVE!!!! This morning yoga practice is perfect for releasing tension, practicing breathing, good work out and mindful of baby!!! 24 weeks pregnant, started around 20 weeks and love Sarah Beth prenatal yoga 💕 (been doing yoga for a year before so beginner but definitely can keep up)
aw wonderful I did yoga before pregnancy. now 20 weeks and started it again as sick of achy muscles and pains in legs. what a relief really enjoyed it thankyou
Hi Sarah, These prenatal videos have been wonderful for me! I'm currently in my second trimester with my second pregnancy and the stretches feel wonderful, especially when I'm able to do them first thing in the morning:). Thank You!
I have been on vacation (20 weeks pregnant) and neglecting my yoga practice, just walking and hiking.... what a mistake!! So glad I di this again today, I love your videos and your way of explaining things. Thanks for posting :)
I’m 27 weeks pregnant and I’ve been doing a lot of walking, but fell off my yoga practice. Doing this routine this morning felt glorious!! I love loosening my hips and legs. Will def be doing this video regularly
Thank you so much for this video. I find your voice really calming, your instructions perfectly clear and the routines you create just perfect for the workouts for my first pregnancy.
This was PERFECT!!! I'm pregnant with my 3rd, so trying to find time to get my exercise in has been a challenge. I love the length of the video - it's just right. The yoga poses left me feeling refreshed and ready for my day. I was able to manage with two kiddos crawling between my legs and arms :)
I just tried this for the first time today. I feel much more relaxed and less tense (even as I am reminded of how not flexible I am) and watching my toddler watch and imitate me is maybe the funniest thing I've seen in weeks. Thanks for this video! I needed something short and sweet so I can actually make it part of my routine.
Thank you Sarah Beth, i have felt very tired this pregnancy and this is the first day i had the energy to begin yoga at 14 weeks. This routine was absolutely perfect and i feel so relaxed after doing it. Such a lovely gentle way to start practicing yoga again. Many thanks i have subscribed x
Just made it out of a very rough first trimester. This is a perfect way to start building that strength up again :) Thank you for the lovely video to help guide my practice.
I am in my first trimester, needed a little stretch cause I've been a little ill lately. Found this video and am so going to hold on to it cause I feel so relaxed after this session. Thanks alot Sarah.
You are a wonderfull yoga teacher! 🥰 We were practising the whole family during the lockdown with help of your videos. Now your rutings help me during my pragnancy. Lots of thanks from Russia!🥰🥰🥰
I just hit the 2nd trimester and this is the first time I've been able to workout in several weeks because of severe morning sickness. This was so nice to stretch everything out and I look forward to making this part of my daily routine! Especially since child's pose proved difficult! Gotta work things out before baby gets here! Thank you for these videos
I did not feeling like moving my body due my growing belly this AM but luckily I got up and did this flow! I feel better and my hamstrings and hips aren’t as sore! Thanks so much!!
Oh yes yoga is going to help reduce some of the tension and strain you might be feeling from being on your feet so much in the week. If you can throw your legs up the wall (or one at a time if laying on your back is uncomfortable) for a couple of minutes each night that can help a lot too!
This was a really good one! You did a great job adding a few tips here and there to improve the position, and awesome when you said "one breath one movement" because it helped me pace myself so much better than a few of your other videos. Love your work! Thank you!

I am in the same situation. This helps so much! I wish you a very healthy and joyful pregnancy in these trouble times! ❤
I owned a prenatal yoga company and taught for 15 years and this is excellent instruction and good, safe yoga for pregnancy.
Are the hip circles safe as I am 6 weeks pregnant.

I’m so glad you are enjoying them Julie! 😃
Hey Sarah, I really enjoy this video. I do it almost 3 times a week as soon as I get up and it helps so much with pregnancy back pain. Thanks again!
I'm 20 weeks and this was perfect. Thank you so much!
Loved it👏 26 weeks over here and it helped me relax yet challenged me somewhat as well. Thanks so much Sarah!

This yoga routine is great for the morning! I find my back aches have gone (especially at night) through doing this daily routine.
I really like how calming the music and your voice is..thanks for these!
I did not feeling like moving my body due my growing belly this AM but luckily I got up and did this flow! I feel better and my hamstrings and hips aren’t as sore! Thanks so much!!
This was my first prenatal yoga video on your channel, and it was great! Thank you!
It was a little different as this is my first time doing yoga but I will keep practising. I love the video
This has been so wonderful to do each morning! Baby and I appreciate your prenatal content! ❤
Thank you for all your help Sarah Beth! These videos are so great.
I am 6 months pregnant and work on my feet 60+ hours a week this was really nice I will try and do this more often
Oh yes yoga is going to help reduce some of the tension and strain you might be feeling from being on your feet so much in the week. If you can throw your legs up the wall (or one at a time if laying on your back is uncomfortable) for a couple of minutes each night that can help a lot too!
I'd love for you to try my NEW 10 minute Prenatal Yoga Routine for ALL Trimesters too! 💙 ruclips.net/video/4NwQKXpWN_A/видео.html
This was a really good one! You did a great job adding a few tips here and there to improve the position, and awesome when you said "one breath one movement" because it helped me pace myself so much better than a few of your other videos. Love your work! Thank you!
You are my favorite I have found. Thank you for great direction, great pace, beautiful flows. You're awesome.
Did this a lot in first trimester and now doing it again in third! Thank you for a great way to feel better as my body is so tight and struggling!
This was just what I needed to help get my morning started. Thanks!
