Lemon Chicken recipe - Chinese version - Better Than Takeout

This lemon chicken recipe is our favorite! The taste of thiese Chinese chicken pieces in a sweet and sour lemon sauce is phenomenal!
Ingredients:
For fried chicken:
• 500 g chicken breast fillet
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp of soy sauce
• salt & ground black pepper
• cornstarch for coating
For lemon sauce
• juice of 2 lemons
• grated peel of a lemon
• 250 ml chicken stock
• 2 tbsp of cornstarch
• 1 tbsp of granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp of honey

• sesame seeds for serving
