we have daily train which runs from yeshwantpur (Bangalore) to Vasco da Gama. the departure time at yeshwantpur is 3:00 PM. book the train tickets 1month before, as it is 12hrs journey... get down in kulem station. pack your snacks for next day also as no shops available after you start your trekking in kulem station..... keep ur packing simple if ur going by trekking to Dudhsagar

checklist to carry along: power bank, torch, one pair of dress, water, snacks, sunscreen.
best season to visit: October - February
