    Health is the greatest treasure fr just realising this in my mid 20s i am currently 26 and i have been a stomach ulcer patient for the last 2 years had liver jaundice twice,anxiety,breathing problems,but for the past few days consuming only home cooked meals after doing a lotta research with proper balanced diet proper sleep and morning walks i am already feeling a lot better much love and power to you stay healthy and a long life🤍

    Simple rules but consistent and disciplined. Love the tracking! I also do that. It’s habit at this point and *not* tracking doesn’t feel right to me

    One tip I’d share to others is: understand your Why and your Destination. You really won’t bother with this if you aren’t clear on Why you’re doing it and Where you’re going. These things make forming new habits easy
