I recommend dancing or singing really loud at least once a day, or learn an instrument. All are great for your brain and reduce stress. Stress is as unhealthy as junk food!
yeah, i do a dance workout video every day and it's so fun. It's really great though because I don't feel like I'm excercising while doing it and it's so much fun I'm always in a better mood when I'm done.

I have to wake up at 7:20 every morning for school but if I want to work out what time should I wake up and should I shower in the morning after the workout?
i spent aroung 6 months being pescatarian and doing most of everything you said in this video, and i felt happy everytime people say i lost weight, but i did all this when i was away from my family, when i was in university, then when i came home to christmas, my family ddnt even notice or they did but they never congratulated me or encourage me to go on, and they wont even understand that i eat different from them and that i have my own meals. so after that, i was discouraged and i stopped, now its been three months and i stopped dieting, stopped exercsing and everything and i became so negative and unhealthy. but i realized only now that it takes more than encouragement to succeed, it takes tolerance from all the negative people around you, that sadly, even your friends or family will not appreciate certain things you do. you just have to go on and prove them wrong. sadly, thats not what i did and i only realized this a few pounds of weight back later. i really wish i can go back on track. good luck to everyone!

very good video, I really llike you :) but one thing I don't understand: why so many people like to drink juices and smoothies? I personally prefer to eat my fruits and veggies unprocessed. I don't know why but I think it tastes better to eat them "as they are".
+Sweet2Rani juices are just broken down versions of themselves. They're not processed because nothing else is added to them, when done at home. Juicing just removes the fiber because the pulpy parts are the fiber. Smoothies have the fiber included which is why it's thicker but it's still the same (unprocessed). However, if you were to buy these juices/smoothies prepackaged then, yes, they're processed with additives like sugar and preservatives. Basically, it's a preference; some people don't like to eat veggies alone thus juicing is supposed allow them to get their intake of veggies without the veggie taste, so to speak.
I personally find it easier to cram all of my five a day into a blender and make a smoothie, it seems like less that I have to eat (or drink) to achieve my goal. I think it's just easier to grab a bottle full of different varieties of fruit that can each do something different for your body and go, rather than cramming a banana, pack of strawberries, mango and oats into your bag. :)
I love to juice and make smoothies but I always felt guilty about throwing out all the fibre from the vegetables or fruits that you juice.. I feel like it's such a waste and all the good stuff (fibre) gets thrown out when you could've eaten out! It's already difficult to get enough fruits and veggies in your diet as it is.

I have started jogging and actually started using my exercise DVD's (i dont have time to go to the gym with my busy lifestyle)! I also am now eating 3 healthy meals a day, instead of snacking all day lol! And i feel great! :)

I been drinking so much water since August (We're in November now) and I seen no improvement at all in anything -.- my skin still looks horrible, I don't ever feel refreshed or hydrated, I'm always tired and I can honestly say from experience that it doesn't really help me lol, I also have been eating healthier and being more active but still nothing. I'm jealous of the people who actually get results /:
Drinking water is only one small part of improving your lifestyle, (tea by the way is a diuretic and will dehydrate you!) The fastest and easiest way to start the new you is to get a blender and make a large smoothie at least once a day! cut out dairy if you are not a vegan already to improve your skin and also reduce the amount of salt in your diet.. hope this helps! very good video, I really llike you :) but one thing I don't understand: why so many people like to drink juices and smoothies? I personally prefer to eat my fruits and veggies unprocessed. I don't know why but I think it tastes better to eat them "as they are".
+Sweet2Rani juices are just broken down versions of themselves. They're not processed because nothing else is added to them, when done at home. Juicing just removes the fiber because the pulpy parts are the fiber. Smoothies have the fiber included which is why it's thicker but it's still the same (unprocessed). However, if you were to buy these juices/smoothies prepackaged then, yes, they're processed with additives like sugar and preservatives. Basically, it's a preference; some people don't like to eat veggies alone thus juicing is supposed allow them to get their intake of veggies without the veggie taste, so to speak.
I personally find it easier to cram all of my five a day into a blender and make a smoothie, it seems like less that I have to eat (or drink) to achieve my goal. I think it's just easier to grab a bottle full of different varieties of fruit that can each do something different for your body and go, rather than cramming a banana, pack of strawberries, mango and oats into your bag. :)
I love to juice and make smoothies but I always felt guilty about throwing out all the fibre from the vegetables or fruits that you juice.. I feel like it's such a waste and all the good stuff (fibre) gets thrown out when you could've eaten out! It's already difficult to get enough fruits and veggies in your diet as it is.
Its a way to get the MOST nutrients. When you juice the fruits and vegetables you can consume WAY more than if you eat them so.
If you cant eat something, drink it

I have started jogging and actually started using my exercise DVD's (i dont have time to go to the gym with my busy lifestyle)!
I also am now eating 3 healthy meals a day, instead of snacking all day lol! And i feel great!

I been drinking so much water since August (We're in November now) and I seen no improvement at all in anything -.- my skin still looks horrible, I don't ever feel refreshed or hydrated, I'm always tired and I can honestly say from experience that it doesn't really help me lol, I also have been eating healthier and being more active but still nothing. I'm jealous of the people who actually get results /:

Perhaps go see your doctor. Dehydration, thirst, excessive urination and skin infections can be symptoms of diabetes.
Drinking water is only one small part of improving your lifestyle, (tea by the way is a diuretic and will dehydrate you!)
The fastest and easiest way to start the new you is to get a blender and make a large smoothie at least once a day! cut out dairy if you are not a vegan already to improve your skin and also reduce the amount of salt in your diet.. hope this helps!

Personally, I always tell my patients to keep track of how much fluid they take in daily - recommending eight 8oz glasses of water, but more if they are active.
