Those are really some of the beautiful parts of Bangkok now. Very different from the time when I was there more than 10 years ago. Your videos are super Kass !
Yes I agree with you, because everything gets older, like 25 years ago and everything still looks new like Skywalk and skytrain. But for me I really miss the Siam's Vibe 30+ years ago when that place were still the most famous and most trendy place to go for Thai teenagers where they called the center point, at that time even there are a lot of shopping malls like 3-4 big malls around but still cannot beat the people at siam(center point) area. Now that vibe's already gone, so sad.
Just came back to the States from Thailand 2 days ago. My 1st time in Thailand, and I picked the Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21 from lots of people's recommendations. Wow, shopping center and the food court on the 5th floor, 1 door away. ( Hotel and Terminal 21 shopping center connected). The BTS, MRT station few steps away. We took BTS to explore around Siam Paragon, Central World, BMK. It's so convenient.
I'm definitely gonna try walk to most places as I can and try the street food (why go abroad to eat things like MacDonalds? I don't even eat that here) I've booked up November at 2 different places. First one is in Krung Thonburi and the 2nd next to Lumphini Park. First solo trip - so looking forward to it, but not the 13+ hour flight
i actually think it's quite fun to go overseas to eat mcdonalds haha, its interesting to see what each country has at their mcdonalds! for example in where i'm from we don't serve pork in mcd, but when i went to thailand i got to try pork burgers (well of course it's a try once thing and not eat for every meal)
A long flight indeed.I’ve made it many times. But I got to watch so many current movies. For free! You’ll love Lumphini. Also for excellent street food walk up Silom Road which is very close to Limphini.Stay positive and enjoy it!
Try the food court in Terminal 21 on 5th floor. The price is cheap as street food, most of the dish/drink is $1. The quality is so good. Especially the stores in air conditioned mall.
Hi bro thanks for this great video which is very informative for those visiting Thailand. I am planning to visit Bangkok in May and already made my mind on where to stay.
Locals always have to smile when i ask in which mall i am, because they’re connected to each other and you don’t notice that you’re in another one if you walk fast
Liked the video. I look forward to other videos in the series, specifically solo male first-timers more interested in wilderness/eco-tourism, perhaps a hotel near a beach front that has staff that offer wilderness tours outside of the metropolis.
That was a very good vlog! One of your best in terms of information and the area to stay in. I have visited Siam, but you took me to some nearby places I didn't see. And I should find a hotel there because it has everything you might need as far as food and shopping. Thanks.
Nice one again Arsen. Siam Paragon is awesome. I love to stay by Asoke station right by Sukhumvit rd. Shama Lakeview Asoke or Grande centre pointe terminal 21, Sofitel. Love the walking distance to many places like Emporium. What say you.
Hi Arsen I think staying in Hualamphong area is a good option. Near to where the actions is. And easy access to MRT and train 🚆 station. And if you likes shopping Arden's opinions is good. Just my 2 cents.
This would be a really nice series! May I also request if you can recommend fruit markets that are accessible by the BTS station? Also maybe how to use the BTS station step-by-step to go from one place to another? You're almost at 100k subscribers! Keep it up!
Yeah, a focus on the train, map, stations and transpo would be good, and this area def looks like a good start to get your bearings it looks like. Not to mention unlimited females aimlessly shopping around to ask directions!
There's also Pathuwan Princess hotel, Holiday Inn, Intercontinental hotel and the Grand Hyatt hotel, all within walking distance from Stadium or Siam BTS station
This has been useful as it will be first trip to Thailand in May. I don't suppose there has been any mention of any other restrictions lifting for May? Looking forward to listening to more of you blogs
May be one night hotel stay will be replaced with instant atk test in May. I will be in Bangkok on mid May'22. Hopefully in July all restrictions will be removed.
I also try to stay as close to an MRT or BTS station as possible. Let me recommend 2 great budget hotels:I-Residence Hotel Silom/Chong Nonsi BTS. D'Varee Express /Sala Dang BTS .Reasonabale prices and great staff.
You videos are sooo informative. I have been following your videos for the last three years and there is so much information you give tourists who want to visit Bangkok. I have so many questions to ask as im planning a trip in May with my family, how can i reach out to you
@@LiveLoveThailand Yes, I've got the DJI Osmo and Osmo Pocket. Never used them much as I always take my ZV-1 with me. I'm in Pattaya (Aussie living here 19 years). Let me know when you come down my friend.
Pathunwan Princess Hôtel is wonderfull too with the access to MBK . I agree this area of Bangkok is very pleasant and fun to visit ,i am coming for many years and always in this area 🔥

i still prefer Silom for its convenience as Sala Daeng BTS and Si Lom MRT is nearby. there's night shopping, bars, lots of street food stalls, malls, spa, and Lumphini park is across the street.
Loving the vlogs Arsen keep doing your thing. I would like to ask a question. I’m looking at coming to Thailand either June or July, what would be my first action? Book flights and accommodation or arrange the travel pass and insurance? Many thanks see you all with a cold beer in hand.
I will be there in February. Staying at Park Plaza on Ratchadapisek. Maps are a bit difficult to figure out. I have appt at Galaxy Tailor and at All Day Tattoo. Are they walking distance from Asoke BTS.
I have a question if you can answer me please? If I take a five star hotel in the center and I arrive alone will Ithanoli bring guests into the room? Thanks in advance
Million dollar question would I be brave enough to ride an e-bike around lak song/bang khae, bkk ? 🏴🙏🇹🇭 was in Samui in November real shame for the people struggling. Rented a bike the shops first customer in 2 weeks

I just realized in your video that everyone still wearing masks.. is this by a city code or do people just like to stay protected? .. Just wondering .. Thank you
Where can I find cheap area in bangkok. I don't need fancy stores. I'm looking for a area that has day/ night markets daily thats walking distance. My wife loves that " fleemarket " vibe. Street hawker/food cart type of area with some mosque near. We stayed in the talat phlu area which was nice however we got tired of walking 15mins to the train station. Any suggestions I can research?
If I am staying for 4months is there anywhere you can recommend. I am thinking about service apartment. I need to be in close vicinity to central world. Thanks
