Omg my daughter and i do this now! When i say multi technique drill BAAABY❤ YOU BETTA TEACH MS. LADY MA'AM❤❤ I trained for a physique competition and i can carry a tune but doing this the first thing i noticed is where the sound changes come from in my body, which muscles support the note. Then i noticed changes in my singing in my voice and a little more comfortable now. My daughter has a beautiful voice and at 15 it's changing and she's beginning to experiment with her voice. We ARE DOING THIS ❤

Hi Priyanka! Could I ask a question? When doing these exercises is your diaphragm pushed out on the vowels and mid section tight? I think I’m doing it backwards. I think my diaphragm is going in. And when do you take a breath? Any advice you could give is greatly appreciated!
