Glad to see your collab with CJ. He is another grill master who I follow using the Ninja Woodfire Grill. I have loved paella, but the traditional way takes a lot of time and tending to. This is way easier and doesn't take all day.

I might change out the Mexican Chorizo and use the Mexican Soyrizo instead. Another option use Linguica taking the casing off because I'm Portuguese. It tastes the same but more like sausage.

🥰😇😍🤩 ( English Translation) The Pella is delicious, although this is a very delicious and special variant, I must tell you that paella is the pan where the rice ( but the prepared dish is now called "Paella" all over the world) in which it is prepared not the food in which is prepared orginally, the Traditional Paellais an iconic cacerole food from Valencia, Alicante and Catalonia, Spain. This variation is a delicious flavor bomb, I can't wait to make it in my kitchen, a thousand thanks for sharing this deliciousness, excuse my English. God bless you.😇🥰😍🤩

Oh. My. God... my poor neglected quivering tastebuds... that looks so freaking amazing! I might have to up the lobster and remove the scallops, for some reason they don't sit well in my stomach, though I love the flavor. All other seafood is golden though! Maybe some clams or mussels? Or really do a Cajun/Spanish crossover and throw some crawfish in there! Omnomnomnomnom...

Ive only made paella w/ andouille ssg instead of chorizo, & muscles instead of lobster. Otherwise everything else is the same. Do you think those substitutions could be made w/ your recipe?
Also, when y'all were spreading the rice mixture in the pan, the only thing I could compare it to was like "spreading brownie batter in a dish". Is that an accurate comparison?

Hello folks.....one piece of advice...the "paella" is called like that because of the pan where it is cooked in, therefore what you did there would never ever be one....more over the ingredients of a seafood paella wouldn't be the same either....if anytime you want to do it properly you can come to my house in Valencia (Spain). It would be a pleasure for me to show you how to cook a real paella. Regards.

Jorditmor stop trying to piggyback off this man’s channel and steal his thunder! They both stated multiple times about the pan & that this dish is not “authentic “ because of ignorant people like you who have a need to criticize cooks on youtube! Create your own damn channel and work on getting you own audience instead of trying to pilfer like a slimy hater off other’s channel! No one wants to be in the kitchen all day making your “authentic “ recipe with a “specialized pan”! People watch AB’s channel for SIMPLICITY and to save time! Also because the ingredients are readily accessible in different states & countries! We working people don’t have time cook your grandma’s 5 hour version of so called “authentic” dishes! 👋🏽 bye boy! Get to stepping!
