I never understood why people think Heero is crazy, denying yourself and equipment from falling into enemy hands is basic fair for espionage/cell networks. Plus barring one guy and his faction (Zechs), OZ had no interest in rebuilding or even studying the Wing.
I've only seen like the first half before i gave up but heero is just acting the same way every deep cover agent or super secret agent would, It's just weird and kinda disturbing because he's an actual child who was brainwashed THIS much
