The Guerlain situation feels like a betrayal of their customers. I have collected those cases too, and now we'll never be able to buy new lipsticks for them. That's ok. I don't need Guerlain products. There are plenty of luxury brands that I will shop instead.

@@KB0101 I 💯 agree. It's a slap in the head. I own several of their very artsy lipstick cases and I'm pissy about it. I honestly don't understand the rationale behind it. My only guess is Guerlain doesn't make enough money so they needed to do something as they know women adore lipstick.
Whoever their new CEO or marketing genius is, they won't last 🙄🤬

Hi Jackeline, Chanel having amazing year. Every time I said that I am not buying ,I gave in. And no regrets. From Spring summer collection, to trios I got medium coral, that I absolutely love. It’s the most amazing natural look, like in 5 minutes. I just swirl all. And those duo blushes, especially berry one, so beautiful, especially that I am so into that cooler candy crush color fashion. . and stylos. All so beautiful.so now definitely want at least one, the bright warm one, from new cream to powder blushes. Skipping eyeshadow quads. Love pink, but have way too much. But holiday one , yes to that. That gold spicy perfume sounds great for cooler weather . The rest is a pass. Have a blessed day🙏❤️
I own ONE Hermès lipstick (the matte Rose Boise). Each time I wear that lipstick I'm always asked what colour I have on my lips! It's insane.
That said, I'm an Artist and while I appreciate the colour story, I don't understand the insane colour combinations this Fall- not only by Hermès, but other luxury brands as well.
The new Guerlain collection looks as though it was inspired more by Andy Warhol than Emilio Pucci in my opinion. I think it's a disappointment when luxury brands focus more on shocking trends than actually committing to producing good products to their loyal customers. That doesn't mean you have to be boring or can't try anything new, just use some common sense to appeal to the people who support your brand.

Agree 100 about the Chanel eyeshadow quads. Not sure what they were thinking with the purple & green. And the quads should have a variety of shades (satin, 1 shimmer topper) rather than being just matte. The brown & green nail polish is just hideous. Thank you for this video! I love all your videos!💕

It is very hot in Canada. But I want all of Tom Ford, of those Chanel Creme blushes, Charlotte Tilbury holiday. So much to choose from but I need to stick to a budget. Items that I will really use.

Hi Jackeline! Thank you so much for these previews! Your skin is so beautiful! And especially for demonstrating makeup, I am able to see how colors perform on medium perfect skin. Because your skin is so flexible with color, I think for something like blushes or lips, a cool tone example and a warm tone example will be 2 colors purchased rather than 6. The impressions stay with me, I purchased several things this spring/summer after seeing them on you, like the Cafe Blush.
I am mainly interested in your trying things (such as in the store), and then an edit. Nobody needs to buy all the blushes, or both Chanel eye quads. Buy the things that appeal to you!
I absolutely love Hermes nail polish!! It’s so smooth and pigmented. You only need one coat but I still do 2 and they last forever. The colors are so nuanced with Hermes.

FABULOUS SNEAK PREVIEWS!!!! Thank you❤❤❤❤! When you mentioned “Calandre” …wow …I wish I could find it somewhere! I remember buying it back in the 70’s and ONLY wore that fragrance for YEARS! I have one small bottle left but of course the scent is not fresh after so long…I had the beautiful silver dusting powder in that striking silver box, the bath oil, body lotion, you name it! Glad you know what I’m talking about!!!😁

Hi Jackeline, thank you for the comprehensive overview of the collections that will be launching. I am most excited about Chanel's Fall collection (vibrant eyeshadow quad, rusty lip liners and liquid lipstick), the new Chanel blushes, the YSL holiday palette, the CT Exaggerize mascara, the TF matte black eyeshadow quad. I am least excited by the Guerlain launch (the patten leaves me dizzy), the Chanel holiday quad, and the ND warm eyeshadow palette. I am shocked that Guerlain has made the new lipstick refills incompatible with their iconic cases. The Rouge G is the only lipstick I can wear in their brand; thankfully, I only have a few. Might you know if Guerlain has already phased out the lipsticks that paired with their traditional cases?
I am so excited for the Chanel blushes and liquid lippies! Also, the YSL and Tom Ford Metallic mauve look amazing! Personally, I have no interest in the new Guerlain or Charlotte Tilbury releases. I have dry skin so I won’t be getting the Prada powder or primer. Have a great day Jackeline!
I may get a couple Chanel liquid lipsticks and a couple of the cream to powder blushes and maybe one of the holiday quads (although it is hard to tell if there is more than one). I did get the Dior stick foundation, stick contour, blush highlighter duo and contour highlighter duo and I LOVE all of them. I also picked up the Chanticaille palette and love it too. I’m waiting to see reviews of the Tom Ford lipsticks and quads to see the formulas and colors. I am disappointed in Guerlain too, but i will probably pick up the PUCCI lipstick case and purple lipstick.
I am personally happy about peaches blushes cause I don’t like pink, but it could be just me 😅

Are the two new Tom ford quads mixed up? On their website it seems like their names are swapped. The one listed as rose veil has the swatches from metallic mauve. I’m so confused because one is also out of stock so I can’t figure out what to order.
I know it feels like a betrayal about guerlain changing their lipstick cases… and I have one lipstick I never got a case for, so it’s irritating… but, really, are we actually finishing a bunch of whole lipsticks and bummed our empty cases can’t be refilled? Even when I only had 3 lipsticks and still wore lipstick every day, it took a year to get through a lipstick at least- I know the “idea” was to refill the cases… but for me, the packaging is part of the freshness and newness of the experience, and I’m probably bored after a couple years with any packaging - I’ve never refilled any packaging - if I’m using it a lot, it gets scratched and beat up even if but a tiny amount, and then something new comes along that I want - the refill marketing kind of is a scam and always was - in theory and practice for the sellers and consumers it was always a marketing scheme - westman atelier never even got to the actual refills! That company is probably what broke my delusion about refills - and maybe a couple companies that folded or changed all their products completely after a few years … I really did like the idea at one time … but I know it’s not practical in how I consume now or how the market changes - luckily I never bought a super duper expensive refill case … though I did covet some and try to justify the “timelessness” and “refill ability ” - it was all lies though
