yesterday ,i wrote in a test series about issues with anganwadi workers and their problems .....Today, i heard their problems from respected MP Pramilaji
Perhaps She is unmarried. However She has raised justified demand for establishment of a Steel plant under SAIL in Keonjhar District. Really Keonjhar District has been neglected. Thanks to Hon'ble MP, Keonjhar.
Nabin Patnaik has done a great job by sending four women MPs to the parliament in the name of women empowerment. Three out of four MPs, except Pramila Bisoi, happen to be competent on maintaining the parliamentary procedures and tabling the demands and problems of their constituencies in the floor of the house, being aware of their duties and responsibilities but I think, Madam Bisoi was not at all suitable for becoming an MP rather than a leader of Anganwadi and Asha workers. I am astonished, how Nabin Babu could think of selecting Madam Bisoi to the parliament, ignoring other qualified and competent leaders of the same constituency, projecting her like a pawn !!!.What will she fight for in the house of people while she doesn't even know and to read and pronounce Odia properly ;far from speaking and understanding English and Hindi !!!My question :Is it called woman empowerment??If yes, I am sorry.
