Im muslim..i dont want to torcher animals..so im vegitarian from 10 years
Gaming World it’s not a problem at all, it’s perfectly permissible to be a vegetarian in Islam but also long as you don’t go to extremes. And as far as I know you don’t have to sacrifice an animal.
@@Maf99_ salam, if you don't mind me asking, what do you mean by going to extremes?
Kendra Curtis walaikum salaam, as far as I have learnt, going to extremes meaning saying that meat is not permissible for anyone. An ideological vegetarian who has no basis or facts for their information and blindly follows. Forcing the ideology down other people’s throats, I know some vegetarian societies that do this, I read in an article that vegans would take people to slaughterhouses so that they could witness animals being slaughtered, so that they could turn them into vegetarians. This is how we say ‘unethical forms of mind control”. I hope I answered your question to the fullest.
@@Maf99_ thank you for your response :)
@@MakeupAddiKt23 your mixing things up. Wrong practices do not make an Islam approved action incorrect or impermissible if they are not actually stated to be forbidden. Similarly, best practices do not make an actual impermissible action permissible.
Just because they raise pigs with high quality animal handling methods with highest cleanliness safety and health standards.. Would not make consumption of pig permissible.
One of the rites of Hajj pilgrims is to slaughter a permissible mammal animal for consumption. To go on Hajj is a must on the able believer, At least once in the lifetime.
Eat meat of fish once or twice a week that is most one can eat rest of the time vegetables, lentils, soups, fasting twice a week gives the body good health ,eat when one gets hungry ,8 hours of sleep , exercises are good depending on age ,early morning fresh air open the bedroom windows for fresh air , over crowding pollution is unhealthy
I’m not a vegan or vegetarian, nor do I really care about animals, but we should decrease our meat consumption for health and environmental reasons in addition to spiritual.
That's exactly the point...
That is debunked. Meat in itself is greatly healthy and more environmentally friendly than greens.
@@haseebtubing source?
you sound like an Atheist 😆 only giving scientific reasons and not moral reasons. the prophet ﷺ cared for animals. "Muslim" slaughter houses no longer abide by Islam, they dont raise the animal properly and when performing the slaughter theyre not suppose to show the animal the knife or blood
Well I'm compassionate about animals meat is really addictive as a Muslim I realized we need to eat in moderation but vegetables, milk , fruits all are not organic these days, what should we eat ? Everything has been contaminated with evil minds 😢😢
Why do u sell your lectures, isn't that selling your deen for a worldly gain?
No it's not.. Everyone has a right to make a living. Even Imams are paid to run mosques.
Wow hes like obi wan kenobi i wana meet this guy pls come manchester
@LuckynumberSlevin11 Nice reasoning. I could say the same thing about your "beliefs", in a more polite way of course! ;)
The Dalai Lama himself eats meat occasionally. We can't live a 100% vegetarian life, especially if we live in countries where there's not much vegetables to eat. We also can't be meat-eaters because we'll get sick and destroy the planet. The Prophet p.b.u.h's diet was 90% plant-based. When he ate meat, it was rare and in small portions. The whole idea behind the ritual sacrifice in Islam, is not to make the slaughterhouse richer, but to learn how to use the resources of our planet. That's why we keep only 1/3rd of the animal and share the rest to the needy and relatives.
If your kids o morther o dad some popel eat what u think plz plz stop eat meet chkien am Muslim
Animals have kids thay have mother and dad drink just milk this time tomuch etting met
I don't think the heart problems in the Pakistani community are due to eating meat but they are due to the wrong cooking methods for example deep frying and eating sweets + high carbohydrates.
As far as I have noticed, the Pakistani people, even if eating meat, their meat portion is less and carbs, like bread and rice portion is big.
Then, a lot of them use refined oils. So I think it's not meat but these other things.
The meat from factory farms is also NOT halal nor kosher. Muhammad was staunchly against animal cruelty. Eating meat is permissible, but factory farming is not, it's like a concentration camp for animals.
True halal meat is expensive, because the animal is pasture raised outside in the fresh air and sun, not in a cafo (Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation). With the plethora of vegetarian options around, people still prefer cheap meat, regardless of how cruel these cafo's are.
I honestly believe lots of people will be entering the fire for how merciless they are towards animals.
The Holy Prophet Muhammad rebuked his followers for not showing universal compassion. 'But we do show compassion', they insisted, - 'to our wives, children and relatives.' The Holy Prophet Muhammad responded, 'it is not this to which I refer. I am speaking of universal mercy.'
I'm Muslim and Vegetarian.
Muslim is moderate.
Heart problems are not due to meat. It is mainly due to eating like grazing all day with seeds oils and alot of sugars. carnivours diet has some positive findings. If you abide by sunnah eating one will hardly get sick, it includes sometime hunger and fasting.
Farooq Islam food actually turns to sugar when digested right?
@@uberlyftusa9191 Process turning into sugar is different.for every food. Plz watch Dr darren schmidt you tube videos and Dr zach bush videos.
Farooq Islam true
You’re very correct Farooq👌
@@uberlyftusa9191 all carbohydrate are broken down into sugar and that of course causes problems.
Meat doesn’t cause clogged arteries. Animal foods are our species appropriate diet, along with fruits but not eaten too much fruit because then that is also sugar.
"Why kill poor creatures for food when vegetables, cereals, fruits and nuts are provided by nature?" Inayat Khan
TheyBastardisedJesus because conditions like anemia are very serious, the thing about a fully vegetarian diet is that modern vegetarians are also usually taking iron supplements and other vitamin supplements but historically that wouldn't of been available humans definitely do need the iron and the calcium etc.
As Allah wills, He tests his creation by allowing or disallowing different foods for believers.
Talib Ishq
I get what point ur coming from iam a Muslim my self but Allah has given us in this day and age other types of food to eat that are not meat .
Furthermore Thier are People who mutilate and torture the animals before they are slaughtered .
Because we humans are omnivore
@@orkochowdhury7016 doesn't mean we can't adopt a vegetarian or vegan diet in modern society
Salam Alaikum, I would say that having a broadly plant-based diet is fine, good and pure, particularly in a situation where haram foods are prevalent. But while a great deal of the food Allah provides us from the earth is halal as well as vegan, its definitions do not neatly align with the definition of what is halal, because alcohol is also vegan. Therefore it is a risk to take veganism as an identity because this is an idea which is extrinsic to Islam, since it requires us to pretend that meat and animal produce is haram whether it is dedicated in the name of Allah or not. The main thrust of its advocacy comes from those who do not know or accept the reality of their subjection to Allah. As explained in the Quran, they have a sense of proportion of their human nature which is out of kilter with the rest of creation. I write this for my own good as well as for others; the knowledge that is with Allah is greater.
🧐⛰
It may be more understandable though for women to consume more meat because of anemia is a real concern for many menstruating women, I actually went through a period where I was a vegetarian and I became extremely ill and very anemic I also think that historically iron deficiency it was quite common I think the real point here is just to not take anything to excess of coarse just like eating sweets is not prohibited but we certainly shouldn't be eating it several times a day
zahra shah i've been vegetarian for 17 years sister, Alhamdulillah i'm healthy. My blood presure is 120/80, my cholesterol level 156 dl. If u having an anemic u should eat more green vegetables such as spinach, casava leaves. It contains iron a lot. Nuts and seed also has enough iron
Allah wants us to be happy. We're _supposed_ to enjoy the pleasure of sugar/fat and meat. What's the proof? We have not one, but two Eid in the year! Problem is, most of us who live in the West end up celebrating Eid three times a day, 365 days of the year. And we seem to think we can do that without consequences...
With respect to anemia, I think it's more important to make sure you're getting enough leafy, green vegetables. At least three servings (a cup of raw or 1/2 cup cooked is one serving) daily. Daily legumes (beans, chickpeas, lentils) are also beneficial. (1/2 cup cooked/canned, or 1/4 cup measured dry is one serving.) It's also important to eat foods high in Vitamin C at every meal.
Particularly if you eat eggs and dairy daily, most people do fine with once weekly servings (120 grams or 4 ounces) of meat. Goat is low in fat, but more nutritious than chicken or poultry. Even fattier beef or lamb/mutton are better than chicken, just because you're getting more nutrition. Also, keep in mind that organ meats are more rich in nutrients than bony cuts, and bony cuts are more nutritious than muscle meats.
Shellfish (molluscs, not crustaceans) are the most nutritious meat of all, and certainly, they're a source of "animal iron." If once weekly red meat isn't quite enough, you can eat clams and oysters on additional days of the week.
I'm not a doctor. I'm just a fellow sinner and a Muslim, sharing one answer to Michael's Pollan's "Omnivore's Dilemma." I hope you find the advice helpful.
Jazāk'Allāhu Khayran
I have been vegetarian for 30 years and I am fit as they come as well as healthy. I could not recommend a better diet for humanity to follow.
zahra shah looking at your profile picture I would be more concerned about your obesity rather than iron deficiency. Stop using absurb reasons to justify your bad habits. Just admit you like the taste of meat and you can't give it up.
Alhamdullila sister i know my sister's from Gujarat who follow Islam strictly and are healthy by being Vegetarian ..vegetarianism is More prevailing in Indian Muslims especially in Rural parts in States of Rajasthan and Gujarat ...due to Unavailability of Meat and High cost of meat...but they are Healthier and fit
Not to be rude, but you did not provide us with any logical explanation :( and now I'm starting to feel really guilty towards my animal friends :(
Syd Barrett eat meat just not to much
@@uberlyftusa9191 it's not that I'm concerned about my health, my question is : are we really allowed to kill living creatures ( that have feelings just like us) and eat them because they taste good and because we can. I'm questioning this from a moral perspective, back then the prophet Mohammed peace be upon him used to live in the desert, with not so many alternatives when it came to his diet. But now we can very well survive without meat (since the protein..etc can be found in different combinations of vegetables...)and I'm not claiming that, it's according to multiple american and European studies. Besides vegans proved to be the healthiest people nowadays. So I really wonder if animals were really made just for human beings to consume them. Without mentioning the horrible conditions and atrocious treatment they are enduring so we humans can make hamburgers.
Syd Barrett um yeah we are your sweet talk won’t let me feel different buddy, ppl like you will feed their cat ten pounds of meet every week , ppl like you don’t care about children starving to death
@@uberlyftusa9191 ehm how does that have anything to do with my question? You seem to be convinced that caring about animals without a doubt means being indifferent to children starving, so I'm not even going to consider trying to change your mind I mean why would I!? You are probably right. Second, I believe that rushing to conclusions is a very wise thing to do indeed. Peace : D
Syd Barrett do you see how lions eat animals? Do you see how alligators drag their food into the water to drown them? Everything dies , cutting its throat to eat is the most humane thing to do , we’re actually helping them from being eaten alive 😆

vegan non extreme
It does not. But that is religion. Religions are based on appeal to tradition and to authority fallacy.

If u rlly convince ppl, use more verses from authentic hadith and the koran instead of the scholars. Meat consumption is halal according to the quran (from certain healthy animals ) but should be done at a balanced level.

"Only that which dies of itself, blood and swine's flesh, has God forbidden to you. This indeed is a portent for people who think." (Surah 5, verse 1).
It is impossible to completely separate blood from animal flesh. Here Mohammed was hinting to the more intelligent reader with "a portent for people who think" that flesh is never to be eaten but disguising it cleverly so not to put off the weaker followers from abandoning the religion completely with a sin they cannot give up.
In Quran ALLAH says all muslims help animals eat just one time a week bat this time meet or chkien all restaurant takway y y y in piza meet in barger meet this time every body tomuch eat meet plz eat froots

Drank drugs, aslong no living being is involved, no problem!
Meat is not a popular food in the Jannah. White fish is.
@Dane Leva no is not
@Dane Leva meat is defined the flesh of a creature only in land
Prophet Mohammed (Pbuh) ate meat LOL
No evidence sucker. None at all.

Is fish meat?
Nope
It is. It's generally thought of as a white meat alongside poultry as opposed to red meat like beef. Many types of fish are classed as red meat, too.
