Hey, does your video on your website show the disassembly of the w100 injector pump?
I have a 1965 600 that I'm trying to get running, I have fuel to the injector pump but no flow out of the injector pump to injectors, I was going to disassemble and clean.
Pulled the injector lines and have no flow out on any of them.
I haven't tried the flushing procedure yet do you think it would help? or should I pull the injection pump out and disassemble and clean?

I do not have a video on that pump. I would recommend you consider sending it out for overhaul as they are quite complex to get set up correctly,. I have no recommendations at this time buy you can google for rebuilders.

I have a 1976 220D and i am wondering how often do you have to change the oil in the fuel pump? and is there a drain bolt on it?
It depends on the mileage of the engine and the type of oil you are using. I do it every other engine oil change and this is the oil I recommend. mercedessource.com/store/early-gas-and-diesel-fuel-injection-pump-oil. Yes there is a drain plug. You can google it for exact location
Thank you for the information! The milage is around 400.000 (the odometer has broke around 15 years ago). So i will definitely be changing it.
I have a 97 SL. Planning a long road trip and it's on original fuel pump. How do I test? Or should I replace. I don't want to get broken down
If it is old there is no way to test for long term reliability. You can test to see if it runs today. I would just replace the pump for peace of mind.
