With the K'Jetronic fuel injection if one component fails to work within spec, then the engine plays up. And if all are within spec then it is a very enduring and reliable system. Pressure is the keyword, from the fuel pump to the injectors.☘

Yep neighbor had exact car and told lim what was going on between that warm up valve and the fuel distributor itself. They need to be replaced or rebuilt periodically
