I like the set up for the "funky softball forward roll". looks convenient though if you set it up so it was fully unwound with the end of the strap was at the bottom of the bar when the weights are on the floor, you could roll it both forward AND back

Agreed. Always loved the fact that he wasn't just about bodybuilding and that he has tried almost every conceivable sport. He's the embodiment of chaotic good because he tries all those random things and finds out what works and what not.
best suggestion open up your schedule, but if you want a ruteen do this then go into a back workout singled arm pulldowns rows and shrugs your arms will be exhausted so go a little lighter and get a good pump

I think it can make for an interesting video to see how much you move in a week vs calories vs weight fluctuations. It can also be a “week in the life of jujimufu” just an idea :)
Hey Juji, for your breathing I recommend getting yourself an o2 Trainer. It's a small resisted breathing device that strengthens your breathing muscles including the diaphragm. Basically cured my asthma!
