    I’m in the process of getting an area in my house band Gym ready… but I have to admit… my best , regular, and most intense workout’s are at Mark Greenwood’s Ultimate Wellness Lab. A little competition and community goes a long way for me. Your bands are used 100’s of times a week Dave by the blasters!
