I’m really struggling with my DLPH-1. I have a R3008SB receiver and T10J transmitter. I’ve programmed the receiver on mode B so that it uses channel 8 for SBus. The DLPH is detecting the receiver as the LED is green, but I’m not getting movement on the servos, no matter which channel I plug it into on the DLPH. I’m also using standard digital servos that aren’t SBUS (Align DS615)
Thanks for the video Chad, i do have a question, right now i'm using a smart fly turbo reg. feeding two R7008 receivers with half the plane on one rec. and the other half of the plane on the 2nd rec. its a 435 KAM AERO EXTRA FOR IMAC USE.. so how would you recommend using the dlph for this application by the way i'm not using Bus for this plane so which mode would i set my R7008 rec. on A B C or D
Chad, a couple of points. First I think its a little Jonny come lately. There are systems out there that do a better job of supplying battery back-up's. Like Power Box, Smart Fly, and a new product called Aura Pro. As for the 7008 RX you didn't say a word about receiver modes, in the duel receiver connection. I fly the 18 MZ and so 18 channels is all I get. So maybe the next video, how to use all 32 channels, with this system, PS love my 18!
Yes no problem, you can connect via an S.Bus connection on the DLPH, or there are connections for individual channels to use conventional servos, or even S.Bus servos without programming them. You can mix and match as well.
So, I will show my lack of knowledge, but here it goes. In your video your using 8 channel fastest receivers (7008) one primary and one secondary. Please explain to me how you get more than 8 channels with this example? You mention up to 17 channels in the video? I can see there is that many servo connection ports on the dlph-1. Please help me understand the receiver and dlph-1 in getting all 16-17 channels that are capable in dlph-1 with 8 channel receiver?
Hi Boyd, the Rx's are connected to the DLPH with S.Bus, so they are able to use the full range of channels vs. just what is physically limited by the number of the receiver channels.
@@chadnortheast Thanks for your reply. If there printed information available the contains setting up s-bus, I have never done this before and dont understand how it works?
@@boydabercrombie4410 In the context of using S.Bus with the DLPH, there is really nothing to do setup wise. You simply plug in the Rx to the DLPH with the S.Bus 2 port, and then plug in your servos to the DLPH based on the channels you want to use. In the function menu on your radio you will be able to see which control is assigned to which channel and then just match them up. For instance if you elevators are assigned to channels 2 and 7, you would plug one elevator servo into channel 2 port on the DLPH and the other into channel 7 port on the DLPH.
Don’t buy this products mine doesn’t work at all, I don’t see any movements in my servo, I did follow all the instructions seems like no signal from Rx1 and Rx2, I’m very disappointed buying this item😢, waste of money and expensive.
Great video! another futaba product worth investing in!
Thanks Chad! Dropping this in a 35% Extra this week.
Awesome, its working fantastic in my model!
Nice work Chadwick 👍
Great video , do you know if DLPH-2 only works with FASST receivers?
Thanks

Great review. If you are putting it in a jet , please post a video showing the set up to include a gyro.
Thanks! I may install one in my Avanti which runs a Cortex on S.Bus as well so I can show that setup.
Mine is linked but I can’t get my servos to move. Anyone have any tips?
What size batteries do you use? I have a 91” slick , normally I would use a 2S 5000mah lipo to fly with. Any suggestions?
Great video ! Can the DLPH-1 be uset with the GYA553. In case, how do I connect it ?
Great vid, thank´s, Can i use non sbus servos with this?
I gotta put it back in a shop again soon. My left speaker went out

Hi mate, Is this capable to CGY760r gyro? Thanks Nelson

how much volt do the receivers get ?
I got a 32MZH I love mines
Do I have to use ignition power separately? or just use it from dlph-1?
Hi, do I need to use S bus receivers?does S bus receivers need to be the exact model?
Can you add a gya553 sbus2 gyro to this system?
SPARK-SWITCH ? What kind does it take? Grazie
Hi, I am not able to configure the DLPH-1 with SBS-01T any tips
Do you know if this unit will work fine with non-S.Bus servos?

my reciever ports dont seem to work
Why is showing 5.1V in transmiter receiver telemetr
Hi, can it work whit usaul servo or needs sbus?
It can work with both S.Bus and non S.Bus servos
