Trying to get hired as a fresher today is like a dog trying to catch food from a string that gets yanked continuously. The dog keeps jumping and the illusion is maintained by the string holder that food is just within reach if you jump more.

How about MNCs imparting those skills to educational institutions so that the students can hit the ground running?

Paka pakaya khaane ki adat ho gai hai bro inhe ab.... No investment in human capital ...bas ajeeb se HR "MiNiMuM 5 yEaRs experience required 🤡" likhke free ho lete hain. Entry gate pe hi blockage lagake rakha hai experience banega kahan se. And tech is such a rapidly changing field, I don't understand the obsession with "experience" that Indian HRs have.

Even if necessary skills are given there would still be unemployment because of the huge population.
