Blind curve is the highlight of the album, Misplaced Childhood, their third album, which a concept album with songs segued on each other from begining to the end. You really should listen to the whole on your own. It's a masterpiece.

Marillion we're one of my favourite bands, with singer/songwriter Fish. The band are so under-rated. The guitarist, Steve Rothery is awesome. You reacted to one of his solo songs some time ago. He can mix a mean dirty guitar solo with beautiful melodies better than anyone around.
Good reaction but half expected that, lol.

Thanks for your reaction! Marillion crafts beautiful works of art with soul, and dedication. Try "Fugazi" from the Fish era, and "The Space" live at Royal Albert Hall for a Hogarth era song. They are so good live.

They made four excellent studios albums with Fish, but in Steve Hogarth, they've had a different singer for 32 years! He has a better voice, and they have one of the most loyal fanbases in rock. I believe the mk two version is what you should be listening to!

For me though, since Fish went, they've lost their balls. It's all "nice" and sanitised now, always well produced. It's like drinking non-alcoholic beer, it tastes the same but you know it;s wrong, lol... I know there are lots who like Hogarth and good for them, i think he's sickly and only Rothery gives them any credibility these days.
