    During this presentation, we will take a 1st person look at what the vehicle is all about beginning with the start up, performance data, fuel economy, the occasional track data, and build quality. Also, I will teach you how to use most of the interior and exterior features in a detailed fashion, that before, you could only get from going to a dealership yourself! Throughout the video, I will highlight key styling and unique differences about the vehicle, any available options, and of course it would not be an enthusiast car video without the good ole engine portion with rev and exhaust note with interior and exterior perspectives. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.
    FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHANNEL SEE BELOW: In this channel you will find in depth educational videos of automobiles from all over the world, presented in a more detailed fashion than ever before. This gives the viewer the chance to view the most detailed 1st person look you can get without seeing it in person. Every video is consistent in the way I present so viewers know what to expect. I treat every vehicle with the same respect regardless of the year and pricepoint. I film all types of vehicles from the past, present, and future while broadening the knowledge of the automotive enthusiast. You will see everything from vintage, brand new, exotic, mainstream, old, etc. I am very proud of this channel and have built it up from amateur videos years ago to what you see today. I wanted to share my love for the automotive world with the rest of the world. Be sure to explore the massive video variety, have fun and enjoy The Driver's Seat of RUclips!

    I like it that you purposely turn on all the lights, even the hazards, and then walk around to show how they look. I can't remember another car reviewer that do this. You show things that I would look at myself if I was on the dealer lot. Good job. Subscribed.

      I love that too because I absolutely refuse to buy ANY car that has this shitty thing only allowed in America: red turn signals. I don't even see why anyone would just see amber rear turn signals as a preference thing. It's SAFETY

  • @lrob5657
    @lrob5657 7 лет назад +6

    The thing about cars is everyone sees something different and have different preferences when they choose a particular car. Honestly, one of my friends has one of these in black that's pretty loaded and he gets so many compliments on it. It does look great in person and resembles more of a true hot hatch. I like it.

    This car looks fantastic inside & out! I would seriously consider purchasing one if I could trade less tech for more power. I'm not interested in connectivity or tech that tries to replace awareness & safe driving practices & I feel that these features often drive up the cost of vehicles while taking away from the driving experience. Still this looks like a terrific package & I think Chevy really nailed it with this one

      Exactly! Less "fluff" & more focus on driving and paying attention when driving! When I drive - if my phone rings and someone does not demonstrate the intelligence and patience to leave a message tough! Texting is the same. Have to go check out one of these w/manual but when/if it becomes available in diesel version w/manual - perfect!!!:-)

    The Cruze is going upmarket now; probably a good thing given the stiff competition in the market. The last Cruze was arguably the first American compact car I actually liked, and this one is no exception.
    One thing I really want to see is the Cruze Diesel hatchback. The Golf TDI used to be great, but we all knew how that went.

    I've never been a fan or American cars for the last twenty years, but I believe they're redeeming themselves these days with quality materials they're using these days and the vast array of standard features typically found in more expensive American autos. I've always owned Toyota's and never had a problem with any of them except for minor things like a CV joint or something not drastic. But for the last ten years especially, American autos have really stepped up their game like the Japanese. The only problem at this point is when you're ready to trade it in, you'll take a beating considering the past quality control experiences. But I have to say I like EVERYTHING about this Cruze from the outdoor styling to how they used all up-scale materials on the interior. I love the leather seats, the fact that they are heated front and rear, I love the gauge cluster, it's very interesting to look at, and also the back seat is sized as well as any mid-sized car. The only drawback is that as much as I like this car and its equipment, it sticker just shy of $30,000.

    Just so you know my 2012 Cruze handled way better than my new Cruze LT-RS. The steering has a bipolar issue where when you start out it'll rip it out of your hands and wanna go one direction.
    Apart from that and the fact the 1st Gen Cruze looked better and meaner, my 16 LT-RS isn't too bad.

    I just got this car and it is amazing I absolutely love it I did have a previous one that was a 2018 cruise but was stock. My question is on this 2017 Chevy Cruze RS hatchback that I have now is when I'm doing about 50 miles an hour and I want to give it a lot of gas it seems to not kick into that high thrust kind of a turkey gear that the turbo of my 2018 has. Do you think that could be something to do with the fuel injection or perhaps timing? I just purchased a card from a dealership and I'm going to have them look at it but I want to make sure I know what I'm asking them to look at even though I know they'll figure it out. Hopefully or possibly it's something to do with the fuel injection. Also do you think it's possible that the Rev governor that only allows it to do 3500 RPMs while you're in park may have something to do with the question I am asking you here ?
    Thanks a lot I appreciate it!

    • @jamesredmond1984
      @jamesredmond1984 7 лет назад

      Better? Your Opel Astra has tiny underpowered engines. The Cruze is literally the same thing as your astra except better STANDARD engine. Plus the interior of this cruze shown is actually really nice for this segment...typical european thing to say lol.

    • @INUMIMI28
      @INUMIMI28 7 лет назад

      James Redmond What are you on about, Cruze turbocharged engine is weaker than the most basic Honda Civic 2.0L NA. Opel Astra is better because you can choose 200ps engine, tons of diesel options, there will be, OPC VXR whatever you want to call it, and most of all it's the real deal, not the skimmed down US product

    • @jamesredmond1984
      @jamesredmond1984 7 лет назад

      INUMIMI28 Im not talking about the VXR... Also, i was comparing the uk version (vauxhall) not the German version which has pretty much the same engine standard. The astra only the way the astra (germany) is "better" is with it's 200HP available engine but no one buys this type of a car with power in mind anyway... Otherwise, there is literally not a single thing the astra does better than the cruze besides having an optioned out engine choice. Do you research before stating that a car is not the real deal just because of engine options.

    • @BoschExxcel
      @BoschExxcel 7 лет назад

      jason shuler what are you talking about? The UK Astra has very similar specs to the German version, we have 1.0T, 1.4T and 1.6T petrols and several diesel options, seems enough to me. Also, the European car will be better developed than this US Chevrolet, they always are because we have higher standards than you.
