Wow, so many views overnight! This video already has more views than most of my previous uploads combined, and it was actually a low effort one. Huge thanks for all the comments, likes, and new subscribers! Stay tuned for more VR and non VR gaming videos on the PS5 Pro.
I now can only play GT7 in VR, honestly. For the past two weeks, I have been dividing the days in the week half on my 34 wide and half on PSVR2. I need to look around as if i'm in the car, lol. It is so much easier to be steps ahead dirty drivers, lol. Last week on Friday, mt Fuji Gr.1 I had ppl crashing someone eles when they were aiming at me in the hairpins 😅 The PSVR2 headset is what makes it possible for me to enjoy VR. Last head set was the quest 2 on my PC for iracing and AMS2. My gosh the hot spots on my face in matter of 30ish mins of being on. PSVR2 is just super comfortable for long hours of GT7 for me.
Reminds me of when i played Arizona Sunshine on the HTC Vive. Headset used to get so hot it felt im actually on a desert. PSVR2 in comparison is light and comfortable.
No more reprojection is a huge upgrade on its own. Graphics were pretty good before and its not like you have time to watch for ray traced reflections when you drive this fast.
@@RafaelRodriguez-yz3ts Indeed. Even unpatched games run much better. Black Myth Wukong for instance was game i stoped playing in chapter 3 because of frame drops. Now it runs smoother and thanks to not being butchered by FSR looks much better. So far it did not dip bellow 60 for me.
@@VRGamercz Yes but we just don't know yet what polyphony is going to turn off or on, or enhance, when we put the box on our head. They might just give us PS5 flatscreen details in VR and be done with it. I hope thsts not the case as I only bought the Pro for GT7 primarily.
@@CSTBFO_jad Yeah it would be better if they increased graphics once PSSR is available for VR. Untill then it is what it is. But smooth frame rate on its own is great.
No reprojection is a huge win! I'm getting my Pro hopefully next week. What about the other car's LOD? The LOD model swap was/is really evident on the base PS5.
I'm sure you'll really enjoy your new PS5 Pro; it’s incredible! The level of detail seems much improved. While there’s still a bit of pop-in as you get closer, the big leaps in detail, like switching from a PS2-looking car to a PS5 one, are gone.
Having up to 90+ FPS on the base PS5 is already smooth. I'm guessing that 120hz mode can be more stable at 120 FPS now? Eithwr way, 60 and 90 are smooth enough for me. Lol. I don't need any more smoothness

There has been no ps5 pro patch for gt7 yet. Neither the flat screen or VR2. No reprojection isn't gone.

Fully agree with you. 👍 now let's hope for an enhanced update for VR2 part of the game. Raytracing and higher res textures.. 🤷♂️🙏😁
That would be great.
Polyphony havent updated GT7 for PS5 Pro users yet so anything at this point is placebo
Probably dynamic resolution is on high all the time and there are no fps drops apparently all unpatched games run like this

I instead notice a lot of reprojection on PS5 pro exctly like PS5. How I can eliminate reprojection on PS5 pro?
I think that's the case. Hopefully PD will patch GT7 to 90hz or more!
There should not be any.

Did you check any VR replays? Reprojection was absolute hell in those… would appreciate it.
I did, they are also without reprojection now.

Thats what i thought untill i booted the game on the pro. Cars feels faster due to more FPS.
Too bad the reflections on the car's body (outside) still running at 30fps
So does your reflection on the dashboard.
