    How much to exhale? This video says 100%, other tutorials on youtube say 75% (not all of it).

      As much as possible. You probably won’t %100 at the beginning.

      The important points like “neutral position” is showed with an example on 4:12. Which specific point are you looking for example?

      For me, it would be examples of the actual breathing..exhale/ inhale..nose mouth breathing..how it actually looks while swimming

      But it is a good advice, may I can make video for positions & breathing on swimming. 🙏
