I started jiu jitsu probably 2 1/2 months before the quarantine started. I got bummed out because I feel like I’m going to forget everything since I don’t have anyone to train with.
I feel you my man. Do your normal class warmups and line drills as much as you can.
Look up solo BJJ floor drills and it really, really helps. Mix the shit up and put rounds in doing it.
You’ll be pleasantly surprised at how much this will keep you ahead of dudes who weren’t doing it.
I can send you a cpl vids too. I was doing this shit yesterday.
