tims morning routine video inspired me to look around for an option to have an ice bath daily since for us the buying ice gets kind of expensive, and we dont have a large ice maker to make enough, so what i found was how to make a DIY water chiller out of a small window AC unit. look up "diy glycol chiller" on here, theyre almost all from people who brew beer to use for cold fermentation, but its the same process for water and theres no need for glycol or salt unless you want the temp of the ice bath to be like under like 40 degrees. im sure you guys can afford the ice so may not be worth the time to do, but i thought it was really neat, and if you want to you can attach a cheap temperature controller to it to act like a thermostat so it keeps it at the right temp and only runs when it needs to chill the water. i did the math and for where we live it was like 25-50 cents in electricity to cool down 75 gallons to 40 degrees versus like 9$ of ice. i know im cheap so maybe not worth the hassle to some, but i thought id share for you guys and the other listeners lol. i saw tims bath was a chest freezer, which is my next move if i can find a broken one somewhere, but for now were using a cheap ish 100 gallon stock tank we had already, works well but definitely not as insulated as the chest freezer, that would make it super cheap to keep chilled all the time.

Not from what i've seen, depends on how you train your lungs and how much you smoke. I've even seen high level cardio in individuals who smoked 1-2 packs of cigarettes a day. With mmj its about how much plant matter are you inhaling? Vapes the way to go, vaping through an ice cold bong with clean water would be tits for a high lvl athlete.

Everyone bitching about prospects being rushed too fast but then get mad when they give Sean a non ranked matchup. Everyone's gotta work their way up the ladder, the pansies who cry about this shit will get their opportunity soon. I'm sure he will break top 15 if he wins and we will see him fight tougher competition, it's inevitable in this sport and especially a shark tank like 135. Things take time, can't wait to see him more.
Also side note, people don't quite understand how matchmaking works. Availability is everything! I'd have a hard time believing they didn't ask Kelleher to fight O'malley and wouldn't be surprised if it was just a matter of contract dispute or not getting enough time for a full training camp. Things you guys should consider!!
