Thank you for the wonderful recipes and useful tips - the food looks delicious! I need to watch this video again, while taking notes. Some of the things I learnt: 1. steaming instead of boiling veggies 2. Boiling fruits! 3. Not adding salt to their food 4. The sauce!!! 5. Having a variety of textures ❤❤❤
