Red dates used in soup are dried, therefore a concentrated source of sugar. Thanks for watching!

紅棗,確是自己在每天晚上睡前,會吃兩棵紅棗!
有人質疑過,什麼的身體,不要吃……等等?
有人提議了,什麼的紅棗,是那些燥熱的人的反應,就不可吃呀?
另一方面,虛寒體質的,如果沒有燥底的反應,那就適合吃……等等了!
自己有糖尿病底,而非吃太多的果乾,只是吃兩只了……?!
這個習慣已經維持了最少年半了,接受這個吃零食的習慣了!
紅棗的好處是有的啊!
可以睡眠質素有改善,也令便秘的有好轉呀?
也是自己的其中的分享了,而已!
