Don't let that bratz doll go she is special literally she a limited edition! and very rare from what I looked up and they only made two porcelain bratz! And why would you not want a complete set for limited edition dolls? But it's up to you do what your heart says is right😊
As a collector I can relate. Letting go of stuff is sometimes really hard but it can also be very uplifting. Allowing yourself to be ok with it a good thing. Hope your garage sale went well. You Rock!!!!!!!!!!
That's such an awesome idea for a doll video. Because let's face it, collecting and hoarding are basically the same thing. I haven't been collecting for a long time yet, but our flat is small and I will have to learn to let go of dolls sooner or later. Thanks for inspiration.
i really like these kinds of vids and it's so important to downsize and rotate and reflect on what we consume and collect so the hobby always remains meaningful and enjoyable
You should make a doll chat about letting go of stuff. I’m totally running out of space and feel like letting go of some of my bulk, but my emotional level with my dolls is strong 😅
I have done this before and every time I get rid of something I end up buying it again and it ends up costing more money so I don't do this anymore I store toys in storage boxes and swap the ones over that are on display.
Inspiring! I am feeling quite overwhelmed with my collections and space lately. I do struggle as well with the attachment, however it needs to be done, and you're right, we are going to keep finding new we want so it is necessary. 😊
You've done well to do such a great clean out! I do get my emotions attached to my dolls, cos they have their own personalities and where they came from etc. I just recently did a dolly spring clean and I cleared out 5 boxes worth through selling on ebay & instagram and it felt so much better to clear them out and make way for some new dolls. And it makes all the ones I now have on display, to look so much nicer. So I am a big fan of doing this. I also recommend rotating some around too, such as storing some in tubs, so that when you feel like re-arranging the displays, you can bring out a doll that's been hiding away, so they feel like new again.
😚 I do not have that problem and I'm a doll Barbie doll collector you've got more than me and I've been collecting since childhood to adulthood I just lost a few allowed over 30 odd years dolls
I liked the video. I am giving dolls to my great niece who is 5 years old. My great niece told "I will take any dolls you give me." It makes it a little easy to let go.
I have to tell you that your vlog totally resonated with me for many reasons - 1 being that as a doll collector / toy collector , lots of us have those bins filled with dolls , clothes and accessories. Recently I decided to part with my monster high collection , EverAfter High and all my DC Superhero Girls . This has allowed me to move in another direction with my doll collection, as I am super into Fashion Dolls like Barbie collector and Integrity dolls . I have more room to spread out my collection and I feel really positive about my decision . It’s REALLY hard to let go , but it does seem logical otherwise my apartment would be a good candidate for an episode of “ Hoarder”s .
You've inspired me to have a doll clearout - I only have around 90 dolls but Christmas is coming AND a few of my friends are giving me their childhood dolls so more space is needed!
Thank you for this video. It's comforting to see other adults and their doll collection. I don't know anyone who really collects dolls as an adult in real life so this makes me feel better. I love your mix of collections. You have some lovely dolls! I would love to know what you love about dolls and why you've always been into them. :) also how you keep your collection room clean and dusted.
Ugh I know how you feel! I’m the same way. I try to let go of dolls, but then I drown in them again cause I keep buying them, I do get attached to some more than others. Sadly I’m losing interest in Monster High.
Great videos and it’s good you let go dolls you’re not connected with. We collectors are going through this moment sometimes. I’ve always wanted to see your doll room its so inspiring
I loved the random vlog, so yes, please do more. I just went through the same sorting process with my doll collection yesterday. It is always emotional. I always second-guess myself, but in the end I end up doing what you did, and letting some things go that haven't gotten much attention so that I may make room for the new.
I SO understand...I have gotten rid of much less, about a box per year to charity . I really enjoy my dolls and love collecting but I also get the need to keep the collection rotating to a degree. Sometimes I deeply regret giving away certain ones so then I go hunting to replace them if possible. Its an addiction I guess but this hobby makes me happy. It would be fun to have trading parties...bring a doll take a doll and no one would have to worry about money! I am sad to see your dolls go but I also see what you're trying to accomplish.
Yes, this was a great VLog!I love the "chat" videos and it was super fun to see "behind the scenes".I am always flipping stuff for new stuff. So much so that i really jad to look at spending in the first place, i.e. asking myself, "is this something you are going to get tired of and then want to sell for something else". Askimg myself that has really helped me reduce what I buy and has helped in not getting too much to the point that i HAVE to get rid of stuff just to free up space.Anyhow, lol, thank u for sharing...it's always great to see these videos!
all the time family moves so we have to downsize our stuff and since I am now finishing up college I have been on a collection clean out for a while now.
I do toy declutters once in a while to get rid of toys I'm not interested in anymore like hello kitty ,and some plushies so I can make room for the toys I like
Proud of you! It's hard as Hell. I'm selling stuff on ebay and I'm connected to everything somehow. It's important to grow. Now i know i want to try to collect Wild Hearts Club so...gotta let stuff go....also i just collected ALL the Fresh Dolls so i had to let some of my MH go...not my main crew but my extras and some of my one offs of various brands?? Did you every collect Pinkie Cooper?🙈🙉🙊i missed out on that era and trying to get them now....whew! $$$ keep up the good work💓ya
Totally feel the same a lot of times. Thank you so much for posting this ! I’m actually going through the same exact process as I’m re working my collection displays and have to let go of some things. You’re super fun to watch and this was really helpful :) xx - Mick
Yessss ! I loved watching you vlog, do more pls :). It's hard to let go sometimes but so exciting to get new stuff you really want, space is a big issue with me as well. My hubby says "where you think we gonna put this stuff, in the west wing !?" 😂
Desicions, decisions! I experienced this with all of my POPs and Kotobukiya "Bishoujo" PVC statues this past Summer. It took me a month to figure out what to part with, but I managed to sell them. I know it's hard! I love your videos and look forward to them. I am totally cool with you doing vids in your room or on a shopping trip, too! Keep up the good work!👍👏
I feel the same way I'm selling some toys of mine it really hard but don't have much space also I keep changing my mind if I like them or not. so yeah. totally get what u mean. and how u feeling i get emotionally attached to some toys too if they look similar to me or something about them reminds them of me. thanks for posting this video to was wondering if collector had a clear out lol.
I definitely need to thin out a lot of my collection. It's definitely hard but if they're just boxed up or in storage it's not like they're being enjoyed.
I'm going through the same thing - I need to downsize my Pullip collection - mostly for space reasons and now possibly for financial reasons - my dog is sick. It's hard to decide which ones to let go because each has something special about them. If I do have 2 similar dolls I do try to keep just one, of each style.
I totally get where you are coming from! I too get so attached to my collection. I used to collect the 12 inch Marvel Action figures but I am not into those as much anymore and trying to sell them on eBay to pay for school. So I get you girl! Lol
for me when I let stuff go I get alittlle sad then I tell my self I can't keep everything and that I have to let stuff go so I can make room for new stuff I want
I know these feelings when I sold my Bratz from year of 2004-2007. I kinda regretted it later, but I accept that responsibility to let it go. They only stay in my collection is the first earliest editions of reproduction Barbies, Bratz, Big Baby Bratz , baby Bratz, lil Bratz, Bratz kidz and Bratz plushes. Now I collect Rainbow High, and OMG LOL surprise dolls for hopefully in only first two years of initial releases. That way it will save me spaces for other future new releases dolls or plushes. . I love teddy bears, too…Ty beanies (I have 2nd and 3rd generation beanies- everyone of them except Nana, Royal blue peanut and fine mane derby. 1st-3rd generation Ty attics and plushes. So is Boyd’s,. These only earliest edition helps save spaces that I can’t collect every one of these if it has been in production longer than 3 years. That’s my sentimental feelings on how I collected them.
I'm going through that right now. I want to start collecting a different kind of doll from what I have now. So...things have to go. I'm having a really hard time though.
Thanks for sharein ur totally awesome dollys and yes any time I do enjoy ur collations and I totally would see how hard it would be to get Reid of any ...✌💗🌻
I could never do this with my doll collection - I have very little money so nothing's ever a spur-of-the-moment purchase, it's all stuff I've wanted for ages and had to save for, haha :) The other thing is because of this it's very small and easy to manage!
i definitely get attached to my dolls, but i've let many go too. i'll list a few at a time on ebay. i'll be anxious for them to sell so i can buy whatever new dolls i want, but then i have anxiety as soon as i have watchers bc i'm afraid i will miss them... it's so hard!
I'm going through my dolls now too. I donated about 50 dolls for Christmas. It just isn't worth the time to list them on ebay for little money. It's a good feeling to get rid of excess dolls that others can enjoy. You have a great doll channel so it's understandable to have tons of dolls but you're wise not to let it take over and bury you! And yes, do more blogs like this please. :)
I really enjoyed this to! I am dealing with the same issue. I havs several of the Disney animator dolls still in box, but absolutely nowhere to put them. They are all in 3 large boxes right now that is taking up space. Plus all of my monster high dolls that i have in storage because i have nowhere to display them either. So frustrating
Great for you for letting some stuff go but you should next time try selling some things online since some this you own are rare to find anywhere else. Its definitely relatable to get attached to things and everyone has been there before.
I wish I live closer to you so I can go to you're yard sale I sometimes have trouble letting go of toys that's why I give it a few days if I will regret donating the toy.
I did the same just the other day! Not the greatest feeling because you do get emotionally attached to some dolls😔 I have the bin still in my apartment filled with 34 dolls 😔 Unfortunately I can’t have a yard sale because I live in a thirty two-story apartment building in New York City LOL so I’m looking into donating them to a children’s hospital or orphanage...
When you say you are letting things go, what do you do with those items other than a yard sale? It’s very rare that I will get rid of things, it really depends on the item. Selling is really hard sometimes, you can put things up for sell but they can still sit there for months not getting purchased. I can’t say that if an item is just sitting on my shelf or whatever, that I’m not appreciating it. I had to love it to buy it in the first place I feel but I guess you can fall out of love with something too 🤷🏻♀️.
Did you say that you're in Orlando or did I hear that incorrectly? If so I'm a local and would have loved to have seen that amazing yard sale! I feel like letting dolls go is always difficult but is a part of the hobby. I've been collecting for over 10 years now and have done many "Let-Gos" but there are always the ones that manage to stay year after year. I'm actually doing a full on sorting at the moment since some of my toys are going to unfortunately have to be sold to help offset the cost of a couple of surgeries I need done to be healthy again. Life just seems to go on! Love the vlogs though, I'd especially love to see some more of your Pullip collection!
I can't even watch the video any longer after the limited edition porcelain bratz and you mentioned elsa letting go. I only can wish you the best, maybe you reconsider again, before you clean out something you will really feel bad about later
How did it go getting rid of yr collection? Usually at a yard sale you don't get what u paid for, esp the MIB , but that might not matter to you, I don't know. And I've read blogs where alot of collector's regret doing that. Hope yr feeling good about yr decision. Take care
I’m such a selective collector I could never let my stuff go
The Salandria Ditto.
Don't let that bratz doll go she is special literally she a limited edition! and very rare from what I looked up and they only made two porcelain bratz! And why would you not want a complete set for limited edition dolls? But it's up to you do what your heart says is right😊
I completely agree, shes a porcelain only 2 special edition. Just keep both. 😬
As a collector I can relate. Letting go of stuff is sometimes really hard but it can also be very uplifting. Allowing yourself to be ok with it a good thing. Hope your garage sale went well. You Rock!!!!!!!!!!

Cupcake Unicorn Toys exactly! I’d had let something go to only want it back. Why get it in the first place?
Noooooooo! Don't let none of the porselin bratz go!!!!!
Yes! Went thru this too! The process to eliminate is really hard but once u do it it does feel great!
Inspiring! I am feeling quite overwhelmed with my collections and space lately. I do struggle as well with the attachment, however it needs to be done, and you're right, we are going to keep finding new we want so it is necessary. 😊

Doll detox is a good thing! you feel like a weight is gone!
jpopluvr1000 I feel like I'm stalking you xD

Totally feel the same a lot of times. Thank you so much for posting this ! I’m actually going through the same exact process as I’m re working my collection displays and have to let go of some things. You’re super fun to watch and this was really helpful :) xx - Mick
I go through this all the time! You aren't alone ^^
yes! lowed to see your vlog, wish you would show what you ended up letting go in the end
Yes please more vlog style vids of what you are looking to give away or sell.

You should keep. The Bratz dolls there getting very rare and in demand especially old ones get rid of disney dolls and barbie
Jackie Fertik no way in helli will let go of any barbie!!!
She shouldn't keep anything that other people want her to keep for the reason "just because".
I'm going through the same thing - I need to downsize my Pullip collection - mostly for space reasons and now possibly for financial reasons - my dog is sick. Ur strong . I've gotten rid of stuff now I regret it so I don't do it with my dolls no more ... Is that bad ?
Great for you for letting some stuff go but you should next time try selling some things online since some this you own are rare to find anywhere else. Its definitely relatable to get attached to things and everyone has been there before.
I haven’t been in your channel in a long time last time I was here I was 9 now I’m 14 and I still love you guys
I like my scene dolls .. mostly their boy dolls .. I really like bryant from myscene doll line
Great job, great video!!!
I wish I live closer to you so I can go to you're yard sale I sometimes have trouble letting go of toys that's why I give it a few days if I will regret donating the toy.
I love horror too,you have so many cool pops ! ^_^
Please make another video talking about letting go because I really need to downsize and it’s so hard!
I'm excited for the next time you let stuff go! I may buy some of the dolls you're getting rid of next time ☺
I dunno how you did this. I cant! Lol. Need to see you dance now please.
😲 wait wait orlando 😲
Forget shoes I'm using my money to get the dolls
Nice video! It really feels good to let some stuff go. And hey, no need to apologize for lack of make up :D
I don't want to and I can't quit Getting more
Taylor Swift Reputation has been on repeat since release!!
oh my god when i was like 5 years old i had the taylor swift doll and it used to sing a song
I love your videos so much
Have you seen the new outer Senshi and chibi moon funko???
I love all my dolls. I would NEVER get rid of any of my dolls. I do trade my duplicate lols tho.
smart decision!
Please do more vloging and did you sell the Ariel doll or are you going to review her?
Omg SAILOR MOON!!!!
I love the power rangers dolls!
I wish we saw the 10 bins you let go :p
I can't even watch the video any longer after the limited edition porcelain bratz and you mentioned elsa letting go. I only can wish you the best, maybe you reconsider again, before you clean out something you will really feel bad about later
Yes
I like the Taylor Swift doll in the green dress.
Hi- I enjoy your videos!
A yard sale?! Girl you better be selling these for the highest bidder!
How did it go getting rid of yr collection? Usually at a yard sale you don't get what u paid for, esp the MIB
, but that might not matter to you, I don't know. And I've read blogs where alot of collector's regret doing that. Hope yr feeling good about yr decision. Take care
I would be so scared to let my dolls go just because i may want them later. If they got damaged i would or if i had to move.
