My days are filled with the unhurried rhythm of island life. I start by preparing a leisurely breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, and honey, savoring each bite as I watch the fishing boats bobbing lazily on the horizon. Then, I venture out to explore the labyrinthine streets of the nearby village, where whitewashed houses adorned with vibrant bougainvillea bask in the golden sunlight.
Afternoons are spent basking in the warmth of the sun, either lounging on the beach or hiking through the rugged hills that lace the island's interior. The scent of the sea mingles with the earthy aroma of the wildflowers, creating an intoxicating perfume that fills my lungs and invigorates my soul.
As the sun begins its descent towards the horizon, casting long shadows across the landscape, I make my way back to my stone house. The air is filled with the tantalizing aroma of freshly grilled fish and herbs wafting from the tavernas that line the waterfront. You can still build a stone house from the beginning. You can hire builders who specialize in working with stones, known as 'Petrades' or stone artists. The cost is approximately 800 to 1000€ per square meter work and meterials. Additionally, you need to account for about 400€ per square meter for the rest of the materials Kitchen, bathroom floors etc. In total, this comes to around 1500€ per square meter. Including the cost of the land, which is not very expensive, you can have a 100 square meter house ready to live in for a maximum of 200,000€. The houses in this video are small, and the cost should be between 100,000 and 150,000€, no more
