SKS Tower (Pacific JB) - A New Icon in Johor Bahru

Finally the long-abandoned Pacific Mall will be revamped
The formerly known Pacific Mall will transformed to a mixed-use development known as SKS Tower with a 5-star Sheraton sitting on top
There will be total 345-room and expected to open by end of 2026
SKS Tower comprising commercial developments, including a retail podium and office spaces

@matdanih itu lah harap kawasan tu menjadi cantik banyak highrise dan senang jalan2 ke JB perlu buat mcm Eco City,ala ala kawasan Kl sentral banyak bangunan bank2, hotel,.kalau bangunan apartment mcm membosankan sbb warna putih.. Jb perlukan bangunan kaca.. Kalau la trx exchange tu berada kt JB mesti menarik..

Yes very fast develope with many highrise building every angle because Johore Still plenty of land compare to my state penang very limited land only at mainland still have land to develope but now full of industrial estate
