Just incase anyone is playing Pixelmon Reforged recently and wondering about gender, new leveling, size, and stuff, there is a new system. You can find it all under "Pokemon Specs" in the Pixelmon wiki, but this is the basic premises;
gender = g:
level = lvl:
size = gr:
For example, if you wanted a Shiny level 85 female Venusaur that is "Ginormous" you would type:
/pokespawn Venusaur s gr:7 g:f lvl:85

single command for gender is /pokespawn Pikachu female" will spawn Pokémon like Pikachu for example to get gender you wanted, least from I tested and sadly you can't combine shiny and gender you wanted from looks of it

Boss's lvs automatically scalate to be higher than your strongest pokemon lv and that changes according to the boss lv, green 5 lvs, blue 15, red 25 and yellow 35 if I'm not wrong
